  3. I keep having this same issue over and over. I go to use Adobe Sign and it asks me to upgrade. I already have DC Pro. I try repeatedly and eventually it works. So frustrating.

  4. When the requester forgot to sign, all the other participants will see a blank form and cannot sign. The only solution is to cancel and create a new request.

  5. Stop with the updates. Its the same thing year over year. you just move things around or do an "update" which breaks the program. If you do an update, test it multiple times, on different computers, different operating systems. Make sure it works before it is launched. Customer should get a credit everytime the product does not work. I am sure things would get tested correctly then.

  6. Acrobat Pro DC currently allows us to create Library Templates when sending for signature with Adobe Sign. But to send the template after creating it, we have to go to the Document Cloud in the browser. This option should already be available in the Document Cloud tab of Acrobat Pro DC.

  7. Enterprise accounts should be able to increase the "time out" time period for Shared Device Licenses from 90 minutes to 1 day or until logout/login. There should be more customizability within the Shared Device License apps so that it is not bugging you every 90 minutes to make sure you are still the same person you were 90 min ago. If it reset every time the computer was logged out, restarted, or even customized to give a specified time until it rechecks, that would make more sense and be much more user friendly.   8. I have just installed Adobe on a new PC and it no longer fills in the subject line in my EMail.

    This is most frustrating as all the previous versions of Adobe Reader that i have used have done this automatically, with the name of the File I'm sending.

    Filling in the subject line in a 100 plus Accounts Emails is a non trivial exercise, as i use the Subject line as a sorting mechanism and it needs to be entered identically every time for each client.

  10. Sometimes i would like my document to be sent next day at a specific time. I have this control when sending emails and would like a delay delivery feature to sending docs.

  11. errors with adobe sign: I have DC Pro account and I have used adobe sign in the past but not recently. Today I tried to use it and repeatedly got errors. I then tried to access the program online but the solution never loaded. Please see the attached error messages I received while trying to uses the local application. I'm only able to upload one file. I received two different errors. One said server not available, please try later and another saying no access.

  13. ISSUE: I have been happy with Adobe Pro but lately the Sign feature (which I pay EXTRA for) has not been working properly. I have quit out of program or restart my computer.

    I loose all the work I did to prepare my document for digital signature and have to redo my email request and start over. Issue has come in the actual PDF itself. Not all the pages come through of the signed document. Please correct this as soon as possible because I use it everyday.

  14. As the creator of the PDF form, I would like the option to add an image for the receiver of the PDF (the signer) to be able to upload an image during the filling out process.

    For example, I've created a work application in which we need a photo of them. I have created assigned all fillable/required cells and signatures but I'd like for them, as for of the filling of this application, to upload their image so that it's in the same PDF that I get back.

    This would help reduce the amount of extra emails we'd get because…

  15. Every single day on login to my Windows 10 laptop I get 3 - 6 "Document was E-signed" notifications.

    These notifications are not related to a new file as the document was signed over a month ago.

    I am using V 2019-010-20069 of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Please let me know how to correct these persistent notifications or fix the bug that is causing.

  17. Signature feature doesn't work anymore... it is switching to the text tool even though it shows my signature in the "Sign" icon as well as my initials... but it switches to the "AB" graphic for me to only type something.

  18. I have a prepared form that has calculated cells whose format is set to "number, 2 decimal places and with the $currency symbol." So in the form it displays, for example, $1,234.00. When the form is filled out and I click "Adobe Sign" and enter the recipients name it uploads the form but then strips off all the cell formatting so that the cell displays 1234 instead of $1,234.00. I have attached the form in the 3 different stages. Original which looks correct, Sent after it was uploaded to adobe sign, and signed after I get it back.
