exception report for signed documents (sent using Acrobat Pro license)
It would be great to have an exception report in Acrobat Pro containing all signature requests made to email addresses not pertaining to the domain - @abccompany.com (ie. the organization that owns the licenses)?

Can't click on Adobe Sign link to download document from ssa.gov
When submitting form SSA 445 on ssa.gov (US Social Security) it asked me to verify my e-mail by sending an e-mail with a verification link. I clicked the link and ssa.gov via Adobe Sign sent me a second e-mail instructing me the document was signed and complete and to click on a button to download the final document. However, the button was not clickable. Please work with your ssa.gov account team to instruct them on how to correctly implement Adobe Sign so that submitters get a copy of their final document. Below is a screenshot of the final e-mail message…

"nicht konvertierbar"
Gern hätte ich die Möglichkeit mein unterschriebenes Dokument vor dem konvertieren in ein anderes Dateiformat (z.B. Word) zu schützen.
Wenn man ein unterschriebenes Dokument nach Word konvertiert kann man sogar die Unterschrift wieder aus dem Dokument ziehen, Dies ist für mich kein sinnvoller Schutz.

Allow multiple Digital Signatures prior to saving.
When applying digital signatures to the PDF, a save is required each time. This is very inefficient when applying multiple signatures to the same document. Please provide a feature where one can apply as many signatures to the document without saving each time.

Please add the simple way to duplicate an Adobe Sign template
Please add the simple way to duplicate an Adobe Sign template
In many situations form designers need to create different templates that large parts of them have identical fields. So it is very useful to create a base template and then duplicate it as needed, and continue to build up the forms individually in each of the new template copies.
The only way currently to duplicate a template, is by selecting "Use Template" and sending it to myself, and then before pre-fill I can check the checkbox "Save as template" (on the lower right side). Then I have to abort…

Feature request: An option is needed to replace the underlying PDF of an existing Adobe Sign template
Feature request: An option is needed to replace the underlying PDF of an existing Adobe Sign template
It is common that the underlying PDF used for an Acrobate Sign template (like an agreement that is used often) is revised once in a while. Currently we need to re-create the Adobe Sign template from scratch every time the underlying PDF file has changed and recreate all the fields, instead of just being able to replace the underlying PDF with a new PDF, keeping the existing fields as they are.
The ability to replace the underlying PDF of a template exists with…

Bug: A check-box that is marked as 'required' will always require to be checked in order to submit the form
- Bug: A checkbox that is marked as 'required' will always require to be checked in order to submit the form.
Description:
If a checkbox is used in an Adobe Sign template and is marked as 'required', the only way to submit the form when signing is if that checkbox is marked as 'checked'. If it is selected as 'checked' and then again as 'unchecked', the form cannot be submitted. This is of course not the wanted functionality, all other objects that have more than one selected status, even when marked as 'required' once visited, the 'required' requirement is met and…1 vote -
private message
Having the possibility to add private messages/notes on transactions in workflows on Adobe Sign.
There is already this feature but it is limited to Sender only while would be very helpful to allow also for the next Signers in the flow to do the same.
The same feature is already implemented in all the major competitors software.1 vote -
esign
Adobe esign is completely broke with recent update on forms that are filled out and then sent for signature. After filling out the form, then click send for signature, everything gets wiped out, and all that is left is a "text" box. There was a work around by using the online portal and dropping the filled form into the loader, but now that's broke too. The only fill and send for signature means we have is through the mobile app, but I am sure that will be broke soon too as they continue to push this latest update. This is…

We need to retain the “Password to view document” feature.
We need to retain the “Password to view document” feature. This relates to client’s Personal Data Protection. Where emails are compromised, this acts as an final defense against any form if sensitive data being leaked out.

Adobe Acrobat 2017 blank sign in screen - cannot open program
After switching to a new Mac computer, I used Migration tool to move apps over. Now Adobe Acrobat 2017 has a blank sign in screen, and I cannot open the program. Steps to repro: attempt to start Acrobat 2017 on new Mac. The sign in page is blank white with no where to sign in. My new computer is new MacBook Pro (16", M1 Max, 2021).
Steps taken that did not work:
…1. Solution 1: Provide appropriate permissions to the OOBE folder using a command in the terminal — then reboot. <- DID NOT WORK ( suggested at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/licensing-application-hangs-mac.html )

Form fields deleted / removed when sending document to sign.
When sending a document for signatures, all form fields are deleted and replaced with blank fields.
An error pops up in the bottom right saying that all unsupported fields have been removed, and it sounds like that includes all form fields previously created with the "old" interface.

No CC function when getting signatures
When sending a document for signatures, with the new acrobat there is no longer the ability to add a CC.
Important to note that if you are going to be needing that and want to update.
Can we please have that added to the software again?
