  1. When sending a document for E-Signature. I send a different document to every user. But it is always the same email message on the Review and Sign page. However, I am not able to copy and paste a message in that field. I always have type a long message to the recipient every time.

  2. Instead of Click to Sign or Tap to Sign at the end of the document, can it be changed to Click to Send or Tap to Send? It is very confusing when you have already signed the document, and you have to Click on Click to Sign in order for the signed document to be sent.

  3. Hi,
    I am Hoang.
    In our company, we use Adobe Acrobat (link with AD) to sign (digital sign for internal only).
    The issue is: it takes a lot of step to sign, so can Adobe let users customize tool bar, something like "Quick access tool bar" in MS Office ?
    It will help to save our time.

    At present we have to click to "view more" then choose "use a certificate".

  4. Please add the option to select all or select multiple documents to add reminders. When sending out hundreds of documents to be signed it is too time consuming to go back in and add a reminder on each one for the recipient to be reminded to sign the document.

  7. The signature disappears while Preforming a counter signature, if the document is already signed via Other Applications like DocuSign.

    Steps to Reproduce.
    1. Get a document signed by DocuSign.
    2. Open the document in Adobe sign-in, and then the original signature gets disappeared.

  8. I would love to see refresh button to check for recently signed documents/agreements. I find the delay can be lengthily and often even require me to exit the application and reopen in order for Adobe to register a newly signed document/agreement. Most often I have to retrieve the signed document from my email after not being able to retrieve it within the Adobe PC application, due to the delay in the application recognizing the newly signed document.

  9. 1) Please allow settings so that a sender can go into their console and re-use a previous transaction without having to start the workflow all over again for a very similar document. For e.g. if I sent out Purchase Req. (PR) form #1, there should be an option for a user to clone the transaction and send PR Form #2 using all the same settings, without having to start the PR workflow. Sort of like the option to resend an email in Outlook – its really a new email but you can use the wording etc. in the previous email.

  10. On large documents that need to be signed on every page it seems crazy that we have to go through one page at a time to add the signature request box. Surely there is a way to add one signature request box and then right click on that box and select "Add to every page".

  12. Bulk Send Identity Verification method not compatible with BioPharma settings enabled. Neither Acrobat Sign nor Phone authentication methods are allowed for Send in Bulk feature making it incompatible with BioPharma settings enabled. I cannot bulk send and also be Part 11 compliant with Adobe Sign. Please add this feature; it would make creating training records for my company much much easier.

  13. Delay delivery of documents would be a big value add for Adobe Sign. Presently, the only solution is to create documents in advance and save them to your Drafts. This is not a great solution and still creates the need to go to Drafts on the day/time you wish to send to push out the agreement instead of having it automatically delivered at a pre-selected day/time.

  14. Would like to have the ability to send agreements which have been curated directly from the Drafts within Manage documents. Currently, if you need to send an agreement from your Drafts you need to go through the "Edit Agreement" functionality, which when you have more than just a few agreements can be time-consuming.

As of right now, if I want to change the "default" setting for "Signing Order" to "Recipients will sign in any order", but a user on our account would like to have that setting default to "Recipients will sign in the order they are entered" for themselves (at the user level), this is currently not possible as confirmed by Adobe Support a few minutes ago.   19. Audit reports of documents sent for signature or completed include attached PDF of the documents. Please allow a setting to sent the audit reports without attachments. Some documents are sensitive and should not be retained in email accounts.
