Fill & sign
what is wrong with Adobe, same bugs, never fix, can never fill and sign, always has an error and I have to spend hrs trying to figure a workaround, can you guys just stop bragging you are the best in the market, your products are outdated and for anything to be sent for filling and signing, just remove this feature as you are terrible at it.

Update reminder schedule
Setting a reminder feature is helpful, and sometimes we have the need to update the reminder schedule (ex: the reminder is set for every other day and we want to update it to once per week). I contacted support and they said I could try cancelling a document and resending it with a new reminder schedule. Is there a way to update the reminder schedule without cancelling the document? This would more user friendly for the sender and receiver of the document.

The ability to sign your own documents and send to someone else for signature in Adobe sign
It would be great to be able to sign a document after it has been received back from a client for signature. I am a photographer and most of my contracts are 2 way signatures. As of now I have to send it to myself to an unrelated business email in order for me to sign the document after a client to be able to provide them with a copy signed by both the client and myself. I find it to be labor intensive not be able to sign the document in Adobe Sign after they have signed it.

Acrobat Pro DC allows the user to link to their SharePoint account and check in/out documents. There is a disconnect when the document becomes "secure" after receiving signatures and the document is unable to be checked in once it's been signed. Please allow the functionality to check in the secured signed version of the document as a new version (still unable to edit).2 votes -

Bug - Signatures DO NOT come available!!! I cannot sign docs
It shows I have two signatures, choose one, then I go to sign and there is NO SIGNATURE available and requests to add one (resin there were two in the first place! once I sign AGAIN, there is still NO signature available for me!!!!!! Frustrating

Hire better programmers. Adobe Sign hangs on upload and then crashes constantly.
Hire programmers that have more than 6 weeks of online training. This program is an embarrassment to a company well-known for weak programming. It is ridiculous that it hangs again and again and says there is no internet connection WHILE I'm connected to this and other sites.

Thumbnail not yet available - Acrobat Reader
When processing advanced fields for Fill&Sign in Acrobat the thumbnail for filling signature areas in of a document has started to appear blank with the text "Thumbnail not yet available". This results in not being able to attach the fields required. It used to work seamlessly and now I get this regularly.

Adobe fill and sign needs to be remove NOW
Please give an option to disable or set as default 'me' for your new tool which you have forced everyone to use 'fill and sign'. You obviously have not considered your users who have to open hundreds of forms and having to select this unnecessary option every single time.

Allow documents to be added after first screen. Return option to delete document.
You select "Send for Signature," add the email address, message contents, and files, then click next. Once you have passed this area, you are unable to add any more files. My company is creating leases and sometimes we will miss an addendum. Imagine completing 20-50 pages of a lease only to find you must restart the whole thing because you forgot to add a pet addendum. Believe it or not, it can be soul crushing.
The one saving grace was being able to delete these failed documents. Recently this feature has been changed to a "Hide" function. Instead of replacing…

The sign feature is awful......I now print and sign b/c your function is god awful.
This is now the worst feature b/c it does not work consistently. I have to close each time I want to sign. Now I just print and sign it's easier than using your signature non feature.

Increase Time Out for Shared Device License
Enterprise accounts should be able to increase the "time out" time period for Shared Device Licenses from 90 minutes to 1 day or until logout/login. There should be more customizability within the Shared Device License apps so that it is not bugging you every 90 minutes to make sure you are still the same person you were 90 min ago. If it reset every time the computer was logged out, restarted, or even customized to give a specified time until it rechecks, that would make more sense and be much more user friendly.
