  1. I want other people to be able to initiate an esign doc without having access to all documents on the account. Any time someone from our 8 locations need a document, they have to reach out to our personnel director and ask for the doc, and let him know the parties involved. It would be awesome if the manager at the location could initiate the esign template and assign the parties that need to sign without access to the full account. We don’t want managers from one location seeing all documents from all locations. But we still want all documents…

  2. Hello.

    The tool bar and the information bar in the top of the view are annoying. It should be possible to disable or hide the icons and bar.

  3. We need the fill and sign app for the tablets that run like laptops (Microsoft surface pro 6 is what my company is upgrading me to)- heck even doing to sign app on a desktop would be nice! The fill in features we've had to go and manually put in to save my employees time for onboarding are useless in the "desktop fill and sign" is ****.

  4. There is this form that I send through Adobe Sign to an immediate supervisor every month and it only requires their initials, not a signature. I use the Request e-signatures tool for that. The problem is that when I am ready to send the form for their initials, it prompts me with a warning saying I did not set a signature field on the form, which then gives me the option to either return to the form to add the signature field myself, or just hit Send and Adobe adds the signature field for me on an additional blank page…

  6. I have an agreement form I use a lot where I want the signer to choose one of two checkboxes, "yes, I agree to [a sub agreement]" vs "no, I do not agree to [the sub agreement]." I want it to be required that the signer check one of the boxes. Obviously, I can't make each of the two boxes required, because then the signer would be giving contradictory answers to the question.

    More generally, my feature request is that it be possible to have more complex field requirements. One version would require that only one out of a group…

  7. Hi!

    We would like a setting/option that we can activate in Adobe Sign Enterprise portal to automatically add a footer to all pages in the signed PDF-file with the document ID, like a watermark.
    Other document signing services have this functionality.
    I'm attaching an example.

  9. In Adobe Acrobat Pro, in the past I've created and Edited a Webform. Edits I've made are: Added / Removed Files, Changed the Webform Name, Added and Edited Fields etc. NOW, I can not make ANY of those same edits when a Webform has been created. It does not matter the state (Draft, Disabled, etc).   10. Another Idea I'd like to propose is the ability to edit documents or even replace documents, signers, receipiets etc shoudl there be an error in the documents sent. At present we are required to cancel the document and start from scratch, real pain.

    If I wasn't paying for the full adobe suite i'd definitely switch to docusing. You should check what your competitors are doing and copy them if you have to.

I started using adobe sign and it was great to see that I could save templates, however as a real estate agent I need templates for tenancy agreements, which means the documents have to be updated every single time. Previously I used DocuSign and they allow you to replace the template document each time. Adobe doesn't seem to have that feature, which means the templates are useless to me.

  12. This is an enhancement request for the Phone Field in Adobe Sign.

    It would be very useful for the Phone field to have phone format options to pick from that would autofill the symbols into the field. This would take the responsibility off the signer.

    It is also kind of ridiculous that just to have a basic version of this, which still requires the signer to put in the symbols manually, I have to learn how to code it through Regular Expressions. Many people don't have time to learn those just to have a well-formatted phone number. I fully expected…

  13. Currently, after adding fields, if you notice that someone else missed a signature, you need to start completely over. The document hasn't even been sent. we need to be able to change, delete or add signors up to the point that someone starts signing. Being able to modify an agreement was a huge selling point to me but if I can't modify the basics than what good is it.

  14. Users are reporting an issue that after they received the (Adobe Sign) signed document via email and open it with a pdf reader, the document gets "locked", password protected and can't be opened again. We don't set password when sending the document for signing.
    We managed to reproduce the issue, once the signed document is received via email and saved locally, and it's then opened with a pdf reader other than Adobe Reader the document gets password locked. If for example you want to rotate the document you receive a message that you can’t do that. But somehow the document…

  15. Adobe Acrobat Sign. Like the emailed receipt/ attachment version--where the audit report is included on the last page--please add the option to "Include Audit Report" when downloading an agreement from the web or Windows app. It is annoying that I cannot retrieve a copy WITH the audit report included (it only lets you download them separately--see attached screenshot). Since by design you cannot edit/ combine docs after signatures, it is not possible to attach the audit report myself. Please vote on this idea!

  17. Before the recent upgrade to Adobe Sign, it would predict my text for entering email addresses, it is no longer doing this every time. Some work, others flash a little box of addresses that goes away so I have to completely type out all email addresses. Also, I have two email addresses that have only one letter difference, but it will not let me enter the one I need. It keeps picking up on the other one (one of the addresses where predictive text happens to be working). I want to type in "amartin" and it will only select "aemartin"…

  18. Scammers pose as clients to get a hold of the documents we send for signing. It should be an option to turn off automatic send documents after signing and I should be able to control who I allow to be able to download a copy at any point of the signing process. I need to be able to verify the persons identity who filled in the document and signed it before they get a copy of any documents or be able to download the documents. Can these options be put in a future update?

  19. When I click "Request E-Signatures", it randomly deletes fields on the next page. Before I have a chance to do anything, the undo button is active, and so far I've seen anywhere for 2 to 30 steps of undo that can be clicked to restore fields that deleted automatically after I clicked "Request E-Signatures". It also deactivates my ability to fill pre-fill cells before it sends. Right now, it just sends out without asking me what to put in pre-fill fields.

  20. With new 2024 Acrobat update, "request e-signatures" lost the ability to automatically sense 1) whether a field was signatory or the date of signing, 2) the appropriate size of the field. In addition, the default for the date was "date" entry, rather than "date of signing" and the default date format was DD-MM-YYYY, instead of a more typical US format. Before the update, I just had to select the person and click on the spaces next to "signature" and "date" for it to automatically populate the pdf with the correctly sized and formatted field, making it a very quick process.…
