  1. Single Sign on users in Adobe Sign should be able to login Adobe sign automatically with Company account as default. It is really frustrating although SSO have been set up but still user need to type email address and select company account each time when they want to do anything using Adobe Sign.

  2. Enable the use of "recipients group" for sending agreements (not only for workflows). Having this feature will save time by only having to write the recipient group name instead of writing email addresses separately.

  3. Add the option to select all agreements/document in adobe sign and allow them to all be printed at once and/or downloaded at once as well. It takes way TOO much time to download each individual document to print or save them.

  4. Literally the only useful thing about Adobe Acrobat Pro is the hecking e-Sign. It used to be nice, now it doesn't work at all, neither with the desktop nor web application. Desktop doesn't react at all when pressing the e-Sign and web just shows the spinner forever.
    Why would anybody pay for this **** when the only useful feature doesnt even work...

  6. I have documents with sensitive information that need signature. I do not want the signed document to be sent to the receiver once it is signed because I do not want their sensitive information sitting in their email for potential hackers. Why does this take a support call to have you disable the feature from the backend? This should be a preference for the users in their account settings.

    Secondly, I still want a copy of the signed document with the audit report as the last page. Yet, once this feature is disabled, I can no longer receive a copy.…

  7. Please add the ability to import a list of contacts when using the "Send in Bulk" feature. Also, more than 50x at a time would be great.

After sending a request for e-signature, there is no provision to edit a wrongly entered email address especially if the document is to be signed by many people and the wrong address is in the middle of the signing order. Attempts to edit are thwarted by the restriction of "this document has been signed and cannot be edited"! If the document is still being e-signed and not completed, editing should be allowed and if a signed member's signature has been interfered with, then a notification should be sent to that member to verify before the document is finalized.   9. The "every business day" reminder is too aggressive, and the "every other day" reminder annoys people also during their weekends.

    I think we need an "every other business day" reminder to avoid the above-mentioned issues.

  10. When opening a workflow the first section you see is the "How this workflow works" section; however this is collapsed by default. Given that the sole purpose of this information is to instruct the user on how they should use the workflow it would be more appropriate for this to be expanded as default and to be more prominent on the page with the ability to collapse if they wish. As it stands at the moment it is very easy to miss.

  11. we are using okta SSO from domain joined devices. This auto identifys the user that is logged and signs them in. it dose not even look at the Email Address that is entered..i can login using this in the Email Address box

After signing the document for all, the system shows the message "Document was updated after signing”, But the message "Document was updated after signing" is confuse, there has been no change in document, the annotation is created by AdobeSign itself. But with this message our partners are questioning, how can a document be changed after signature. Is it possible change or alter this message for "Document was uploaded after signing"?

  13. There needs to be an option to change the default option from "sign in order" to "sign in any order".

    In our operational workflows we never use the sign in order function and have to constantly change it before sending out a request for signatures. If this step is missed we have to resend the entire document as it is not allowed to be edited after the fact. This is fine but give us the option to make "complete in any order" by default.

  14. Some documents require privacy to be signed (ie employment contracts) and should be able to be password protected when sending them out for signature. At the moment, these can only be locked for privacy when completed. I understand that this is a challenge (as you cant edit a protected document) however the use of this product is greatly affected in the business sense. Privacy is becoming more and more of a requirement in todays business world.

  15. Add the ability to apply the existing E-sign template to a PDF on the editing menu.
    So if I have similar PDFs with minor changes- we won't need to create a new template for it, just to apply an existing one.

    By using the existing E-sign template it will add all the Fields from the template & will let us do some editing at the preparation stage.

    Even software like DocuSign has this kind of feature...

  16. Assign Radio Buttons to signers. Signers may need to choose between options (Radio Buttons) and this isn't currently available. The reason for a Radio Button would be that only one option can be chosen of the group of Radio Buttons.
    When I am sending a document for signature, it makes me, The Sender, complete these Radio Buttons before the document is sent for signature.

  17. It would be great to be able to have an option to select "Sign all fields" on a electronic pdf document. (Both Initials and Full SIgnatures)
    Sometimes we have large documents to be signed and we have to click on each individual signature field making it time consuming to sign large documents.

  19. Current state: It not possible to assign administration roles (e.g. System administrator) directly to the user groups in the Adobe Admin Console. At the moment you have to assign administration roles individually to users in the Adobe Admin Console.

  20. When using Acorbat's Adobe Sign tool to configure a document for signatures, the standard message to recipients is "Please review and sign this document." I often customize this message. However, you get only one opportunity to edit it: after clicking "specify where to sign," triggering the upload process, you cannot change the message to recipients. At that point your only options are to either (1) cancel and start the whole process over, or (2) send for signatures.
