  1. I'm trying to download files from the Adobe Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder to my desktop Mac. I click "Select All" at the top of the list, then click Download. A dialog box opens, asking me where I want to save the file, which is named "binder.zip" by default. I click Download, and an alert immediately appears saying "Download Failure." If I hover the pointer over the message, a red balloon appears with the unhelpful message "An error occurred while downloading this file."

  2. In order to sync a file/folder from your computer to the cloud, you have to move that file/folder into the "Creative Cloud Files" folder. That is, you have to move them from their original place on your computer.

    I propose to have a way to sync files directly from their original location in the computer. For some reference, this is what Google Drive does for example; as an addition to moving files into the folder, Google Drive gives you the option to sync files without moving them.   4. I'm working on a confidential PDF document, locally on my encrypted drive, and accidentally clicked on the "link" icon which immediately began sharing the document to the cloud. There is no cancel button. There is no way to stop it. My only recourse is to wait until the file finished uploading to cloud storage, and then manually delete it. This is a serious privacy violation.

    First, uploading a local file to cloud storage should be simple, but not so simple as inadvertenly clicking an unlabled icon in the toolbar.

  5. Using Adobe Document Cloud for review of PDFs that will go through multiple versions simply will not work. There appears to be no way to update or overwrite files with a NEW VERSION on Adobe Document Cloud. I would like to see this feature.

  9. I do not have internet when I am sailing across international waters..theres no way to open a DC version all I get is "can not connect to DDE server"

  11. Please work with MicroSoft and add the ability to open a file in the Adobe desktop app directly from SharePoint and include the ability to save back to SharePoint using the libraries versioning settings. I know we can add libraries via adobe to do this, but I need to access hundreds of libraries and its just too hard the way things are currently setup.

  12. Please allow for access to cloud documents in MAC Finder. I'm befuddled as to why this isn't an option yet. This would greatly improve my workflow as I wouldn't have to go on the web for access....AND it seems like a very simple fix.

  14. Our organisation has Acrobat linked to our Sharepoint page, which we upload hundreds of work orders to. Our tradesmen will then simply open the relevant work order folder, and check out a work order .pdf as they are using it.
    Currently they will have to sort through the hundreds of open work orders however, as the search bar in the top right corner does not recognise Sharepoint file/folder names, only local.

    Could I please request that the functionality of this search bar is extended to include linked Sharepoint, cloud etc. services? As more organisations move to cloud based data storage,…

  15. When saving a new PDF to Adobe document Cloud, it would be significantly more efficient to implement a drop down option below the "Save file to Adobe Document Cloud" icon at the time of saving to select folder save location within the document cloud instead of it saving to a consistent location every time.

  16. When attempting to connect Box and Adobe we get to the point where it says Grant access to Box and are unable to click the submit button in order to move forward. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is up to date.

  18. It's simpler if Adobe can add a button/function directly in Document Cloud for users to check remaining storage spaces(& better if also can check used up storage spaces). Can you refer my feedback to your senior or the product development team of Document Cloud?Adding this feature will make it more user-friendly than everytim pasting a link to check the info.

    Other similar Cloud-storage websites (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive) at least has a bar or the like to show how many spaces are left & used up.
