  2. Would like to be allowed to add Adobe Cloud service to Android and Windows OS as a cloud service and display in list of cloud services. This is same as can do with Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and others.

  3. Is it possible to request an enhancement in a future product structure that would allow us to operate a more pessimistic model - one where we can "prevent" cloud access for a given user by putting them in a profile or licence explicitly for that purpose that isn't then overridden by them being added to a profile that grants cloud access? The current licence model sees the combination of an Enabled and Disabled profile resulting in that user getting Enabled cloud access. We would like to see that being an option to allow the client configuration to determine whether an…

  4. Can you please integrate Adobe Document Cloud as Favorite in Finder for MacOS so that it is possible to access specific files stored in the Document Cloud directly via Finder. This would make file management much easier.
Such an integration is already available for Adobe Creative Cloud but regretably not for Adobe Document Cloud yet.
Microsoft One Drive is a good example for a good working integration with MacOS Finder

  6. Im trying to move my scanned documents from Dropbox to : documentcloud.adobe.com.
However, i cant upload files with it contents , i have to manually upload each file content separately, which will take a long time... please add an option that i can upload files (that can contain files within and documents ) to make me keep my already organized data and make it easier to copy all my data to adobe cloud service . Thank you.

  8. refer case number: ADB-21100118-T0B5
sharing the same file through the Microsoft OneDrive cloud creates a link that uses the full-page preference. Sharing it on the Adobe document cloud ignores the view settings and always defaults to page-width.

  9. Uploading multiple files is not possible in the Acrobat Standard DC app (for Windows). It would be great if a user can upload multiple files from their PC onto the Document Cloud without having to open the files one-by-one.

As seen in screenshot, it is possible to create folders through the Desktop app but not possible to upload multiple files at once. Kindly look into the issue.

  10. The icons in the Cloud Service Linking (Add an Account) Section is outdated. At least all the icons have got an icon update by the devs. For instance, Google Drive Icon is outdated as it has been already by Google.

  11. It should be easier for people to download the files I share on document cloud.

I often have trouble with people (over 40yo, usually working in PA or some papers office) not accepting my Adobe links. They don’t seem to be able to download files. I did check it there was some issue and I saw that the download button has a very poor affordance, its icon is way narrow and it barely looks like a download button. It’d be amazing if the button had a label eg “Download pdf” to help out less digitally educated users.
    Thank you

  13. Have an expiration for the actual PDF file. That way no matter if it is downloaded it will no longer be able to be accessed.

  14. Our company needs the ability to disable Creative Cloud Storage due to restrictions on where we are allowed to store and manage our customers information.

We have employees working remote from all over the US and the "firewall" fix is not sufficient for our employee base of over 600 users. We need the ability to disable creative cloud and cloud storage functionality from the admin console and ONLY have the capability for local storage.

  15. I'm trying to download files from the Adobe Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder to my desktop Mac. I click "Select All" at the top of the list, then click Download. A dialog box opens, asking me where I want to save the file, which is named "binder.zip" by default. I click Download, and an alert immediately appears saying "Download Failure." If I hover the pointer over the message, a red balloon appears with the unhelpful message "An error occurred while downloading this file."

  16. In order to sync a file/folder from your computer to the cloud, you have to move that file/folder into the "Creative Cloud Files" folder. That is, you have to move them from their original place on your computer.

I propose to have a way to sync files directly from their original location in the computer. For some reference, this is what Google Drive does for example; as an addition to moving files into the folder, Google Drive gives you the option to sync files without moving them. They get uploaded into Google Drive and then you can sync them if…

  18. I'm working on a confidential PDF document, locally on my encrypted drive, and accidentally clicked on the "link" icon which immediately began sharing the document to the cloud. There is no cancel button. There is no way to stop it. My only recourse is to wait until the file finished uploading to cloud storage, and then manually delete it. This is a serious privacy violation.

First, uploading a local file to cloud storage should be simple, but not so simple as inadvertenly clicking an unlabled icon in the toolbar.

I know you're seriously pushing people to use your cloud storage,…

  19. Using Adobe Document Cloud for review of PDFs that will go through multiple versions simply will not work. There appears to be no way to update or overwrite files with a NEW VERSION on Adobe Document Cloud. I would like to see this feature.
