1. AdobePro is not GCC High Tenant FedRamp Certified with SharePoint

   Adobe marketing web site is misleading when it comes to GCC tenant security. We spent over a month of our IT engineering time along with Adobe support and Microsoft support to integrate AdobePro into our SharePoint GCC high tenant. The root of the problem is how Adobe obtains its hash credentials from Microsoft GCC authorities. There are different credentialling authorities between business, GCC, and GCC High. The hashing is partially baked using credentialing authorities from the business .com domain as opposed to the government .us domain for credential verification within Adobes SharePoint integration. For example, SSO would work in AdobePro, but applying account credentials in order to edit a pdf file to be retained in SharePoint fails. In the end, Adobe has chosen not to support this and we (and perhaps others) cannot rely on Adobe to operate in a GCC high tenant environment for security reasons.

   I believe this is a huge, missed opportunity for Adobe. SharePoint is obviously used in GCC high tenant environments with integration to all the office tools. Adobe could likely sell their product into this space as well (at least Adobe should correctly advertise what it does and does not do in this space to not mislead other government contract entities down a path that will not work)

2. Shared Document Bug

   For a shared document, the menu providing the 'copy shared link' function won't load, no matter how long you let it sit. I have to go out of the document, to the 'shared by you' tab in order to copy the link.

3. Update/change shared review document server location

   Provide a way to change/update the server location or file path for shared reviews after they have been sent out for review. There is no way to reconfigure or repoint the network directory location for Adobe shared review files. Once the Shared Review is sent out, Adobe loses all the comments if the server location is ever renamed or if supporting comment files are moved from their original location.

   After a pdf file is sent out for shared review, if the xml and bin files containing the data that is needed to show the comments from the shared review are moved, an error message occurs: "Error: Could not get new comments. There was a problem accessing the review document location."

   Thus, if the Adobe Share Review comment files are ever moved to another file share or directory, the comments are lost and the pdf is not able to locate them unless the xml and bin files are restored to the original path. Simply by changing the network location or the server name in the path where these xml and bin files are stored, the Adobe Shared Review files lose their comments because the Adobe files don’t know where the new location of the xml and bin files are.

7. Sharing Files with comments is seriously bad

   This is not an idea, it is feedback, but if you want it in the form of an idea, how about making sure that your sharing/collaboration functionality works. I shared with 3 people, went on to make comments and add pages to the document and when I closed out, all the new information was gone. The first time I clicked on save, I was required to give it a different name and then it didn't bring over the shared people.

   Also, while working on making things work, I spent 10 minutes trying to get to a place where I could give feedback. It is odd that you go out of your way to ask if people want to give feedback and then you make it extremely difficult to do so.

   Seriously Adobe, this is beneath you.

   This is not an idea, it is feedback, but if you want it in the form of an idea, how about making sure that your sharing/collaboration functionality works. UPDATE ON VENTURA 13 ... and ADOBE MAIL directly from the open PDF is not possible: a) PDF does not open b) Mailing directly from this PDF is not possible. 15. Sharing a PDF already on a Cloud directory, an oddity

    I uploaded a PDF to one of my ACC directories. Once there, I opened the same PDF in Acrobat Pro and requested to share it... and a pop up informed me that the PDF is being uploaded to the Adobe Creative Cloud so it can be shared, what? The file is already on the Cloud, where is it being uploaded (again) and why? If this is not a bug, my PDF is a Microsoft Word file...

16. Confirmation email when sending out shared reviews

    I think I used to receive a confirmation email verifying when and with whom I shared a PDF review.It also contained the link to the review. Was this feature removed? Can it be added back? It is very handy to forward to team members that inevitably missed/can't find the email that was sent to them or insist they were never included in the first place.

18. tracker

    Tracker and cloud based sharing are not compatible. There needs to be a clearer tracker functionality for shared Cloud based share. Needs to be clear for sender and reviewer.

    There is an error if trying to initiate tracker on a cloud shared review.

19. Share to Abobe Cloud link tool missing

    I'm running the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Pro with current updates on a PC. The abitity to share directly to Adobe Cloud and get the link is no longer visible? Please see attachment. Uploading to Cloud, then getting link requires multiple steps I did not have to take before.

    When sharing a PDF via the "Share this file with others" button, users cannot use the Stamp tool. I think the Stamp tool is essential to the workflow process and more visible than the user leaving a sticky note that says "Approved".
