Additional commenting tools for Document Cloud shared reviews
Why are there limited commenting tools for PDF shared reviews uploaded to Document Cloud? This would be a perfect option for our organization if all the commenting tools were available (i.e., "stamp" tool, "attach file" tool).

multishare
the recent update in October 2019 removed the multi-file sharing option which seriously decreased the convenience of Adobe Acrobat for our office. We are all very upset about the removal of this. we now need to utilize 3rd party file sharing services and we no longer need to subscribe as many account due to the removal.

Acrobat removed "Add files" option to the Share feature.
You need to add that back ASAP. As it is now, you can only share ONE file at a time.

Change Recipient Limits on Document Cloud Reviews
A change was recently made to the limits on Adobe Document Cloud Shared Reviews. Prior to a recent update, the review limit was set to 25 files per day irrespective of recipients It has now changed to 50 total recipients.
I have a distribution list comprised of primary/backup reviewers from several departments within our organization, totaling 15 recipients. With the new limitation, I am now limited to either 3 reviews per day or have to pair down my recipient list to primary reviewers only and keep track of when a review has to be sent to a backup recipient and…4 votes -

Allow sorting in Tracker
We have hundreds of on-going shared reviews in Tracker. It is very difficult to locate files. The default sorting method appears to be based on recently opened files. If there's a file that hasn't been looked at for months (typical), searching through the "Joined" files is more than tedious. Sorting by file name (as well as other options) would be great. Alternatively, a search function would work as well.
And while you're at it--any way to speed up Tracker on start up? With this many files, it takes a heck of a long time to load.

"Resolve" status returns sync error
When setting the status of a comment to "Resolve" an error is returned. A pop-up box reads:
"We weren't able to sync your comment. Please try adding a different comment."
The comment's status will change to "Resolved" but the error message pops up every time.4 votes -
Expiry date for PDF files Share link
To secure PDF files, we do password protection and share via link.
However, once file is shared via link, this link is still valid for ages and anyone who knows the password can download.
Can we put a expiry date for this sharing link so that we can control the PDF files expiry protect our files. This will some what restrict any 3rd party websites/apps trying to remove password from PDF3 votes -

New Send for Review Feature
The new Send for Review option opens a window that blocks the PDF that I am attempting to send. When I select the send with outlook option, the window does not minimize or disappears. I need to be able to read my PDF to write a reference in my email which i am unable to do with this new feature. I will be contacting my IT department to see if i can use an earlier version so i can see the document i am attempting to send via outlook.
Can we correct the window to not obstruct the PDF?

Allow updates to a pdf even when it's still open by other users
Description of my problem: In my company, we share pdfs through an internal network and provide locations for others to find the pdfs. When I create a design (eg. in Photoshop, Indesign, etc) and export it to a pdf, I share the location of the pdf to our marketing team to review. That means 3 - 7 people at a time are opening and viewing the pdf and some give me feedback via email on what changes to make. That's when I go back to the design and make updates to it based on the feedback. When I try to…

Review ignition failed
I got a weird error message saying that my review could not be started because my comments had too many characters. The longest comment in my document has 156 characters, nowhere near the 1000 character limit my document supposedly hit.
