Are you facing this issue with every PDF ?

    For Getting the Crash Logs:
    1. When Acrobat Crashes , Open Windows Task Manager , Got To Processes, There you can see a process Acrobat.exe / “Adobe Acrobat DC”

    2. Right Click on this process and click “Create Dump File”
    3. Dump file will be created in the Temp folder of user (as specified on the dialog you get after creating dump files).
    4. Save this DMP file on any Cloud Storage and Share the link for that with us on mail.
We will investigate the dumps provided by you on priority and…

  5. signing in with my email and password and then the verifying number os a pain in the butt. why can't you have it on file when it comes from my laptop like every other program does.

  6. I don't like the Save and Save as dialogue boxes. The save in a "Different Folder" is in the lower right corner and highlighted. I am so used to the regular "Save" being there, so it's very confusing.

  8. Working for a UK University, we produce pdf.publications for the youth demographic, from prospectuses to course guides. It appears that Adobe is unable to autolink a URL in a pdf. that doesn't contain https:// or www. This is extremely old fashioned and not good practice from a design point of view. In 2020, it is widely accepted that these prefixes are not used, so I would like to requested that the autolink can be programmed in a way which reads these as URLs in a pdf. for example: swansea.ac.uk/research

I imagine this is not a unique issue, anybody creating…

  9. Display number of files (and number of pages total) about to be combined.
I can find out the page count after I've combined, but that is less useful because the deed is done.

  10. The highlight function should allow users to alter the words highlighted without having to delete the entire highlight and start over. For example, assume highlight 3/4 of a page and then realize I want to include or exclude one word on either end of the highlighted text. Currently, my only option is to delete the entire highlight and start over. This is cumbersome and time consuming. Users should be able to click and drag the highlighted text to change the words highlighted without having to start over.

  12. Acrobat 20.6.20034.366983 on Mac OSX 10.14.6

Open a PDF with comments and select comment pane.

Select a comment with the cursor.

Press shift-K. The comment's checkbox should be checked.

    Instead, nothing happens.

Press down arrow to move to next comment. The checkbox gets checked.

The reverse also holds true--when using the keyboard to uncheck a comment, the checkmark doesn't get cleared until you navigate off the comment.

In the video, the box is getting checked only when I hit the down arrow key and move to the next comment. You can also see the reverse, except one time (the comment…

  15. Why when we want to download the Acrobat Pro DC the Creative Cloud comes with it!?

I don't want it. If should be a option to download it only if you want it.
Its just more time to install and trouble to unistall that.

  16. Buy a dictionary or, better yet, use your iPad to lookup the meaning of ANY. On your website it says DC pro WORKS ON ANY DEVICE.

There are millions of these new things called tablets sold every year (for the last 10 years) Send someone from marketing back to elementary school to learn about ANY. When they get to law school, attend the class on false and misleading. REALLY disappointed with Adobe.

  18. We are working on getting the correct connected representation of our character ij (&IJ) in the digital 🌐 world, for ~30 Million potential users, worldwide 🌎🌍 🌏 . . from The Netherlands 🇳🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, Suriname 🇸🇷, the Antilles & expats as well as migrants all over the globe . . 19. I purchased an acrobat pro for teams license to evaluate the forced identity authentication feature and demonstrate the expected benefits to my organization. Thus, I cannot activate the signature settings. Can you please help?
    Thanks in advance!

P.S.: on a side note, looking back at an incredibly difficult installation process I would appreciate if you could provide the DC installation package separate from the creative cloud desktop.

  20. I receive .ai and .pdf files via email from customers. I convert these files to .tif in Photoshop. Until sometime around the end of October, I would create multi page PDFs with Acrobat, as proofs. The .tifs are used as print files. Now I get this error box. "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'WFFTBRAB2019WineSignage11x17batch1Page01.tiff' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
Here is my case number: ADB-9772660-R1Y5
