All other comment tools allow you to move items around / position by selecting the item and using the arrow keys while this one programmed different. Only solution is use the pick tool to grab and move with mouse.

  2. Does this need explaining? we pay for ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR to create our PDFs then we have to by-pass CREATIVE CLOUD storage and save them in Dropbox in order for DC/Adobe reader to see them and print them. Seems like a very "Microsoft" way to do things. Very stupid. Add CC as a cloud location.

  3. I wanted to use Font Awesome icons in Forms, but is not possible. I choose the Font Awesome in text field properties, but doesn't show when I want to copy an icon from the cheatsheet - the same technique works with every other Adobe program. This is a cheatsheet that I use: http://fontawesome.io/cheatsheet/. The font is installed on my computer.

  4. According to the documentation provided by Adobe and Brother the printer should be able to switch trays and print the image on the correct size paper. The tray switching works but despite numerous hours on the phone with Apple and Brother the document prints as if it's on letter when it should be on legal. I've followed the directions provided by Adobe but the documents do not print correctly,

  5. Can you provide a "plain English" description on how to create a "batch processing" type Action that can be use on multiple files at once? I have hundreds of files that I need to set open options on and add specific bookmarks to. Trying to do this one at a time is NOT happening. Urgent please!

  6. First my suggestion for Acrobat Pro is work more painstakingly or stock up staff! The CC costs a bunch of money and when working with it, it shows that it doesn't function as sufficient as is should. Especially when it comes to creating/editing more advanced interactive PDFs with Acrobat Pro. The possibility to do that basically is a very mighty and good feature but it doesn't runs as stable as it should.

In my opinion there could/should be a standalone software thats reduced to interactive/form field and layout functions (comparable: InDesign) only. Acrobat Pro is packed full with lots of…

    Hi victorm28962446,

When you delete any file from portfolio, the portfolio index or File list in portfolio get updated automatically, you just need to save the changes made by you.

    Hope this will help.

    Thansk,

  8. I have several computers I'm using Creative Cloud on. I can't keep up which is signed in and out. I work a lot with pdf forms. What happens is I'm filling an important form and suddenly Acrobat DC just quits without any warning, not asking whether to save. All work is completely lost and not retrievable! Then I can normally do the sign out from other computers and sign in the current computer (with my Adobe ID), but it's too late, the work is already lost.

It's a terrible problem and should be fixed immediately.

    If the user has an…

Thanks for your feedback. We are looking into this. Meanwhile could you please let us know whether Acrobat which is not signed in quits immediately after launch or after a while. If it quits after a while, could you please let us know the time period say 1 minute or 5 minutes or more which Acrobat takes to quit on launch.

  9. Acrobat Pro sets some form fields to "visible but doesn't print" in my document even after I have set it to "Visible" when a digital signature is applied. I have to keep opening up old documents and fix fields that were automatically changed when I specifically set them to be "Visible" again.

  11. When opening certain pdf files, the screen preview is not correct. The background "disappears". Sometimes though, the background will still print but sometimes it does not. I am on Mac in system Sierra and have tried these files on multiple computers including a pc, with extensions off etc. and always that same result. What I see is not what I get. If I place the pdf file in InDesign it will preview correctly and also export correctly so something InDesign does corrects the problem. I am attaching a file to demonstrate the issue.

  12. After installing a printer while Adobe Acrobat and/or Reader is already open and has a PDF open, attempting to print to it prints to a different printer, even though the new printer appears in the list. Acrobat/Reader must be closed and reopened in order to print to the new printer.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Open Acrobat or Reader.
    2) Open a PDF
    3) Install a new printer
    4) Attempt to print the PDF to the newly installed printer (it appears in the list of printers)
    5) The PDF prints to a different printer.

    Environment: Windows 7 64-bit. Acrobat version 11…

  13. I've created an Acrobat Pro for Named installer (Via Admin Console) for the MacOS 10.12.5. Downloaded and ran the installer. The OS terminated the installer because it was an "Unidentified Developer".

I was able to install it after going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and check OK to install.

The reason I state this issue is most end users will not know what to do. So this needs to be corrected (maybe Apple.com).

  14. Bug.
Customer supplied files from InDesign cs6 with .tiff picture over a solid spot colour.
When converting the file to CYMK via acrobat pro, the tiff picture corrupts leaving a white space instead of the correct image.
PDF fix up fail to spot or fix issue. Could only be solved by editing original InDesign files, changing spot to CYMK and informing customer.

  15. I know that we need to keep the straight line on until I am finished with it instead of having to click on it every time I need to use it. I would like my three tier task bar back. Having to constantly click on the additional menu takes valuable time away from my project. Editing may be better but since I use Adobe to facilitate my bidding process, adding steps only hampers progress. Although I have Adobe Pro DC, I am going back to my Adobe Pro 9 since it was the last program that suites my business to…

Thanks for your feedback. Can you please elaborate on the problem you are facing?
    1. Are you working in Acrobat/Reader?
    2. Do you want an option to remove watermarks from an un-signed PDF document or from a signed PDF?
    3. Do you want to remove watermarks from PDFs you created or the documents you have received from others?

We are looking into this problem. Are you getting an error while converting from PDF to docx (no docx created?), or the file content in docx file after exporting from PDF is incorrect? Please elaborate on the exact issue you are facing.

Also, please share the version of Reader/Acrobat you are using. You will find the version number under Help→Adobe Adobe Acrobat…

    Thanks,
    -Amboo
