  2. I can't combine PDF files into one document. I'm combining several pages that are in the same layout with different information. It changes all of the data in later pages to the same as the first one! Why would I want multiples of the same page? I don't want a portfolio I want to combine the multiple pages.

    This used to be fine, why can it no longer be done??

  3. I want to upvote "Reopen PDFs Launched in previous sessions on Opening Acrobat/Reader".
    Although you implemented reopen pdfs from last session, it would be INCREDIBLY useful to be able to save sessions. e.g. 5 specific pdfs regarding research on wastewater management could be saved as a session and 10 different pdfs (or some of the previous 5) as a session regarding Mn removal from water with an option to recall whichever I need when opening Acrobat. That would speed up a lot of people's workflow, especially those who have to jump through multiple topics with various materials.

  5. When creating a PDF from a .docx file from within Microsoft Word, when PDF/A compliance is set to "PDF/A-1a", text boxes will have borders in the PDF even when they do not have borders in the Word document itself. No other PDF/A compliance setting exhibits this bug.

  6. A dynamic date stamp tool that does NOT show the user's name and also does NOT show the time would be very helpful especially now while working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. My physical custom date stamper is in the office. We need a date but do not need my name or the time stamped on documents we receive. I was asked this morning to remove an Acrobat date stamp because management does not want my name on the date stamp.

  7. Printed an envelope a month ago, but system then decided that was my default. I print letters daily but have to change out from #10 envelope every time. No way to change default; how about a button to do so?

  8. When redacting within a document, if the redaction space is to small to show all of the overlay text associated with the redaction code, the overlay text is cut off. The request is to wrap the text within the redaction area to show all of the code text.

  9. Acrobat DC is very slow to view the files. Checking the separations and toggling 2 documents. It would be great, if you work on this. Slowness is very much frustrating.

  12. I never use deadlines for shared reviews, so the 14-day default is a nuisance. I often forget to change it to None (3 extra clicks for nothing) and then have to go back and change it when reviewers complain review is locked - more time wasted.

    Please give us the option to have None as the default. It's the obvious default.

  13. The default for fields is set to Auto. Each field must have the Appearance edited manually for a different font size. Users need to be able to set defaults for font sizes, i.e. 10pt, for all documents without creating templates.

  14. The Signature Block field needs resizing capability and the signature needs to be larger. Currently, the signature is smaller than the email line and the entire field needs to be resizable.

  15. I work with a colleague on creating PDF forms and documents. Rather than play email attachment tennis, I would like to be able to use tools like Prepare Form and collaborate with them online, using separate IDs to access the same document. Without this our work is disjointed and inefficient

  16. F2 used to rename bookmarks. It now opens a help menu - to rename bookmarks you now have to use CTRL+F2 which is barely faster than just using the mouse. This has destroyed my usual workflow, no one asked for it. Change it back.

  17. When using the Digitally Sign tool the first step is to blindly draw a rectangle to indicate where to place the signature. Unfortunately the user is not given an indication of what the signature will look like until after the document is signed. Signatures solely composed of "Text" will have the text fit into whatever rectangular shape that was drawn (which is usually ok); however, signatures composed of "Images" will shrink the image to maintain it's aspect ratio and then center the image in the rectangle, this results in smaller signatures offset to the right from the insertion point.   18. When signing up for Adobe, the user is shown a checkbox that says "Please don't contact me via email". I ticked this box before proceeding, but I was automatically subscribed to all emails anyway. Please fix the checkbox so users are automatically unsubscribed from all but transactional emails if the box is checked.

  19. On the Main Admin Console please list the group that the license is assigned to for ease of use for each dept know # of licenses or give us the ability to add columns from other pages to the main console so we can personalize it for our individual needs.

  20. When converting from Word (O365 ProPlus desktop) to PDF using the Acrobat add-in (Acrobat PDFMaker 20 for Word), lists are not transferring correctly. (Styles are of course used in Word to create the lists properly.) Nested lists lose the nesting and become one long list. Lists that cross pages either: combine the last item on the first page with the first item on the next page in the <LI>/<LBody> tag of the former; or create two separate lists for each page.
