On Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'.1 vote

i have 20+ active reviews in tracker. The icons shows not and then icon for new message. It usually means that there is something new in my reviews. But very often there is no new stuff. So I need to open and close every single item to see close the new item icon???
I have realized that it shows this icon as soon as someone opens the file. But the tracker itself shows the file in bold only when someone have written something. This is very annoying, especially if you have several pdf in review... PLease fix.1 vote
Acrobat Pro DC is running phenomenally slowly using the edit and form field features. We pay a huge subscription for what?
I am trying to add footers to a form which in Acrobat 11 was very efficient. Since being forced into using DC this capability has become ridiculously slow (15 - 20 secs to add 2 characters). I am using a 64bit 8gb RAM laptop. Paying lots, getting little.1 vote
I add a review page to my documents. I want this always to be on the first page. But I am not able to edit default location for "before first page".
Please make this setable in the settings. We create around 3000 documents each year and every single one has a review page as cover sheet during reviews. Not default seems to be after page 1.
So we have to change this every single time.1 vote

I digitally sign a lot of invoices. I'm not filling in a field, just creating a box that fills with my digital signature. It used to take me a couple of clicks in the old version. Now I have to do Tools, certificates, select the signature, click on a box and a button... And then the next time I open a PDF I have to go through the whole thing again, because the tool bar config is not saved. This is a huge waste of time and I'm VERY dissatisfied with this release.2 votes
If a document passes MS Word accessibility standards, throwing errors as a pdf is time-consuming and just plain wrong. I'm trying to teach faculty and staff at a college how to do this and it is SO cumbersome! Just for a simple, one-page doc, passed all chekcs in word, still getting 2 errors as pdf and I cannot even FIND the tags panel in spite of multiple searches. Arrgghhh! Frustrating and disapointing for those of us trying to make all learning materials accessible for all students, including those who are blind, vision impaired or using screen readers!2 votes
Where did the Date go under forms? I used to be able to add the type of date I wanted in properties, it's no longer there?1 vote

Every document I open I need to fit to page manually. I have my preferences set to fit page, but it isn't working. Before the update it worked fine.2 votes
Sometimes I have both landscape and portrait pages that need to be signed. The old Adobe Sign was smart enough to realize this and kept pages in their intended format. This new Adobe Sign converts all pages to portrait, cutting off a portion of the landscape page and having blank space at the bottom.
In order to work around this, I had to rotate the landscape pages to not lose any data, but then you are asking the user to rotate to read and then the signature will be perpendicular to the text. This is not acceptable nor professional.4 votes

When sharing links through the Send for Review feature, have an option to prohibit downloads, copying, or editing beyond comments etc. More control over this feature will prevent draft documents from floating around.3 votes
Prior to the most recent Acrobat update, I was able to use the Acrobat "Create PDF" plugin to create PDFs showing tracked changes. However, now the plugin automatically puts the file in "No Markup" view when it PDFs. This is very frustrating! The only way to create a PDF showing tracked changes is to print to PDF. The Acrobat plugin is now useless. Please fix this! The "Create PDF" plugin needs to PDF the Word file in whatever view is currently enabled (e.g., Simple Markup, All Markup, No Markup, Original) instead of Defaulting to the "No Markup" view.3 votes
Please uncheck the preference “Convert displayed comments to notes in Adobe PDF” in Preferences > Word from Acrobat ribbon in MS Word.

As shown on the screenshot writing the Chinese character [lìng] (the drawed on the left but the result when closed the text box is de left drawing of a character). Also as seen in the screenshot the intended is the still open text box and after when I closed it, continuing to next comment, it becomes another character.
The problem is both on the Android version and the Windows version of Adobe Reader.
Pleas fix this soon.

How do you hide the 'comment list"? It pops up every time I try to make something and it doesn't automatically adjust the document and takes up so much of the screen. Very annoying.3 votes
Please click on the small inward arrow near the comment list to collapse it.

I keep receiving spam from people asking me to sign a document. It shows up in To do above recents. There is no way to block these or remove the item. Please add functionality to review these incoming requests and provide the ability to remove the item from view.1 vote
The process to make a PDF accessible is overly complicated and buggy. Usually while doing this, something will go wrong and the only way to fix it is to close the document, open it again, do the same process and hope it works. This process should be as simplistic as possible so everything can be accessible.44 votes

Issue when sender has Outlook 2016 Adobe add-in, send an digitally sign email with an attachment. It works fine when receiver has a Windows OS Outlook 2016, but receiver has Mac OS with Outlook 2016 the attached document comes up as "winmail.dat" does not manner what type of document you attach e.g. .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .pdf1 vote
