  1. The new "Send for Review" feature is fantastic! But it would be EVEN BETTER if it included all the features (Such as "insert text" and "replace text" the stamps feature, and even inserting an audio recording, for some examples. Not

    Can you share following details:

    Which version of Acrobat/Reader are you using?
    Which printer and what printer settings?
    Steps for printing the file?

    Can you share a test file with us via Document Cloud or Dropbox link?

  4. The Action Wizards that are custom setup can no longer save to a pre-specified folder.

    Previously action would save to a designated folder when "Save to Local Folder" was the option.

    It no longer saves at all even though the operation is checked.

    What should happen is it should be saved in the folder specified as previously.

    I'm running MacOS 10.14 and using Acrobat 20080 on a MacBook Pro.

    For saving the file to a particular folder you can click on File menu > save as.
    The popup opens up now select ‘choose a different folder..’
    Now you can save your file to your desired location.

  5. The Acrobat Firefox (and most likely Chrome, etc.) plugin's settings dialog for page size isn't localized for metric support and only displays units in inches and not millimetres. Please fix this ASAP. We are not all American.

  7. having 3 steps to complete a comment is now REALLY frustrating. when it was just a check box on the comment it was alot smarter and quicker. not sure why this was hidden in a menu 2 layers down.
    Suggest putting it back on the actual comment.

  8. Editing PDF images completely removes large image mask features and just moves it to random place. Cannot resize or move because it's larger than the document page, and anytime I try to move, it doesn't because it's trying to align to some arbitrary spot.

  9. Each new release you make takes away from my productivity!

    1. The new version of Acrobat Pro shows the right col. Comment list by name of commenter, but I need to see the entire list of the marked comments/changes. This function seems to have disappeared with the recent release. The comment col. as a scroll list view showing all corrections/changes is also a great checklist to make sure all client and manager changes have been made. I review and proofread many, many PDFs each day and it's very frustrating to have to open each comment one-by-one.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you please details the issue you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    also can you share with us some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  11. I mostly use the Edit or Prepare Form tools. While I'm updating my document, Acrobat crashes at random times. There is nothing consistent, it just seems to be more finicky after the most recent update. After it crashes, I reopen it and the customized toolbar on the right has reverted back to the default tools. This is very inconvenient and happens several times a day while editing or preparing a document. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for this?

  12. For some reason my programme quit! When opened, it was updated to a newer version - I DID NOT ASK FOR IT - i work with this software every day and now I cannot tick off my corrections as I work (box for tick is NOW right click and scroll down...!!!)

    IT IS TIME CONSUMING - please put it back!!!

    My work is time based and not a toy.

  13. Bug Report. 10/14/18 Windows 10 update 1803 broke the ability to assign adobe as the default app for .tif files. I can assign any other offered app (paint, sketch, photo). I had to do a system restore to revert back to temporarily correct this issue.

  16. We use to be able to extract a page from a large document and send it to an email as an attachment with just a click or two. Now it is mandatory that the extracted pages be saved first and then attached to an email. This idea seems to be going in a backwards direction. Not only does it take more time to complete, it is taking more disk space to re-save the pages that are already saved in the original document. Please put this feature back the way it was.

  17. When I attach a PDF to an email I am unable to send the email because outlook says it has been modified. Disabling the Acrobat plugin seems to fix it.

  18. Please remove the transaction limit for SharePoint. Documents that have to be signed often are larger than 5mb and we don't want to place the documents outside of SharePoint, because that is our single storage point.

  19. It is very nasty when you want to print a lot of sheets but allways selecting only first 2 pages:

    you must FIRST select PAGES,
    only after THAT you can enter or change the page numbers.

    MY suggestion:
    Clicking into the number field will suddenly select the page selection automatically! And you can insert/change page numbers skipping
    ONE unnecassary step.

    maybe it seems to be seconds, but do that thing hundred times and more...

  20. When the Reduced Size option is used, the white area in images should not be changed to a a mottled light gray. Technical Support couldn't tell me how to fix this---even a Supervisor. I have to take the time to experiment to find out if this can be resolved using the PDF Optimizer which is wasteful of my time.
