  1. The process to make a PDF accessible is overly complicated and buggy. Usually while doing this, something will go wrong and the only way to fix it is to close the document, open it again, do the same process and hope it works. This process should be as simplistic as possible so everything can be accessible.

    We are always working to make it a better of experience for our accessibility customers.
    We’ll be adding the support of Undo/Redo in order panels and Reading Order Tool in our coming releases.
    Can you please tell me why you need the Tags Panel and Reading Order to be merged.

  2. If there was a refresh button maybe that would help. As it is now, I have to get into to Form setup and back out again, or keep on clicking on various fields until the correct values show up.

  3. Right now your Adobe Cloud or DropBox are the only way to save your edits to a PDF on your iPad. I need a way to save the Adobe PDFs from my Adobe Reader (Pro Subscription) to any kind of shared drive. Microsoft is best.

  4. It should be possible, to have an ADD TO, JOIN TO or MERGE command to integrate a PDF file into another one, directly from the File Menu applications.
    As an example
    1. Attached on an email I receive a PDF file containing the instructions to pay my Car Insurance.
    2. I save this PDF as “Car Insurance 2019.pdf”
    3. A few day later I pay this insurance thru Online Banking
    4. I save the proof of the payment as “Payment House Insurance 2019.pdf”
    The new command
    a. Besides the SAVE or SAVE AS - creating another PDF file, it should…

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  7. There is no differentiation between ben and finger touch input und windows tablet pcs. I'd like to hightlight, write etc with the pen and move the page withmy fingers without selecting the "move" tool every time.

  9. Every time I clicked on Highlight Text and highlighted something in the PDF, the highlight text pen automatically changed to the cursor, so that I can only highlight for one time and then I have to click on the highlight text pen before I highlight another item. That is, I cannot highlight the PDF consecutively. This is SO BAD.

  10. On Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'.

  11. i have 20+ active reviews in tracker. The icons shows not and then icon for new message. It usually means that there is something new in my reviews. But very often there is no new stuff. So I need to open and close every single item to see close the new item icon???
    I have realized that it shows this icon as soon as someone opens the file. But the tracker itself shows the file in bold only when someone have written something. This is very annoying, especially if you have several pdf in review... PLease fix.

  12. I am trying to add footers to a form which in Acrobat 11 was very efficient. Since being forced into using DC this capability has become ridiculously slow (15 - 20 secs to add 2 characters). I am using a 64bit 8gb RAM laptop. Paying lots, getting little.

  13. I add a review page to my documents. I want this always to be on the first page. But I am not able to edit default location for "before first page".
    Please make this setable in the settings. We create around 3000 documents each year and every single one has a review page as cover sheet during reviews. Not default seems to be after page 1.
    So we have to change this every single time.

  16. I digitally sign a lot of invoices. I'm not filling in a field, just creating a box that fills with my digital signature. It used to take me a couple of clicks in the old version. Now I have to do Tools, certificates, select the signature, click on a box and a button... And then the next time I open a PDF I have to go through the whole thing again, because the tool bar config is not saved. This is a huge waste of time and I'm VERY dissatisfied with this release.

  17. If a document passes MS Word accessibility standards, throwing errors as a pdf is time-consuming and just plain wrong. I'm trying to teach faculty and staff at a college how to do this and it is SO cumbersome! Just for a simple, one-page doc, passed all chekcs in word, still getting 2 errors as pdf and I cannot even FIND the tags panel in spite of multiple searches. Arrgghhh! Frustrating and disapointing for those of us trying to make all learning materials accessible for all students, including those who are blind, vision impaired or using screen readers!

  19. Sometimes I have both landscape and portrait pages that need to be signed. The old Adobe Sign was smart enough to realize this and kept pages in their intended format. This new Adobe Sign converts all pages to portrait, cutting off a portion of the landscape page and having blank space at the bottom.

    In order to work around this, I had to rotate the landscape pages to not lose any data, but then you are asking the user to rotate to read and then the signature will be perpendicular to the text. This is not acceptable nor professional.

  20. When sharing links through the Send for Review feature, have an option to prohibit downloads, copying, or editing beyond comments etc. More control over this feature will prevent draft documents from floating around.
