2. Bounce Back/ Undelivered Report

   We need the ability to generate a report that shows agreement sends that are not delivered or have bounced back. This report needs to have date ranges, so the user can pull more than just a few days of activity at a time.

3. I'd like to be able to copy/paste text from one PDF into another one and have the tagging structure follow it.

5. Distiller’s font handling genrates errors not honoured by ‘stopped’

   Distiller XI Pro 11.0.20 (28/03/2017), and many previous versions, crash “… /Font resourceforall”. Try the following code:

   crashes with:

   This problem started in about 2013, after an ‘upgrade’ to the Mac OS somehow altered something about fonts. Please could Distiller’s font handling be improved, even if only to honour ‘stopped’.

   (There are about 2½k fonts on my computer. I had a PostScript program that would print an example line of type of each. That no longer works. Please could it.)

6. Flatten Pages Does Not Properly Accept Named Parameters

   When using JavaScript flattenPages use of the named parameters does not work. Using this.flattenPages(0, 5) will flatten pages 1 through 6 of an 8 page document but this.flattenPages({nStart: 0, nEnd: 6}) flattens all pages.

8. Wrong calculation in copied fields

   when doing a calculation in a form like
   A1B1=C1
   with given standard values A1=2, B1=3 resulting in a field with calculation result of 6 (from 2x3=6) you get mistakes in a new calculation when you
   - copy the three field
   - rename them to D1, E1 and F1 and
   - change the standard values and the calculation to D1=3, E1=4
   - change the calculation to D1E1 with result 12
   the shown form is still A1*B1=C1 values in both lines

   This is a bug that should be solved.

9. How do I delete pages from a multiple PDF doc in Microtech Docman

   I'm trying to delete pages from a multi page document in Docman (PCTi Solutions) with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I am not getting the delete option unless I check the full document out onto my desktop, edit it there, drop it back into Docman and delete the original. I want to amend the original not delete it. What an I missing??

10. Improve the Bates Numbering

    Currently the Bates Numbering option does not allow the user to select folder and subfolders to the window for incorporating Bates Numbering. Users currently have to separate the subfolders onto the desktop and then add each folder separately to the list, once all the folders are added, the functionality can then be operated. However, most of the time users have up to 500 subfolders, so its essential that the subfolders are numbered to that the Bates numbering follows numerically correctly. There are other products that can already do this, so why cant Adobe

11. 1. Default Order when combining PDF Files

    I suppose this is a new idea, because it's not really a bug. Here's the summation of my problem/idea:

    I scan files to my email using our copy machine/scanner. I then open and combine these files into single binders using AA Pro DC. To do this, I use the "Create PDF" tool from the tools menu, and then, from the "Create a PDF from any format" menu that appears, I select the "Multiple Files" and "Combine Files" option. When I click on the "NEXT" box, I can then choose to "Add Open Files," which is the option I use most often.

    However, when I "Add Open Files," and select the files I want to include, the order in which the files arrange themselves is always backward. The files will arrange themselves in reverse order, from highest number to lowest, rather than lowest to highest. I can rearrange them by dragging them into the correct order, but if I have a number of documents it takes some time, so it would be helpful if there was a way for them to default the other way around - lowest file number to highest.

    For example, in my email inbox I currently have 5 separate PDF files attached to 5 separate emails that were created from a single scanned document, which contained 94 pages. The attachments are named by the copy machine/scanner as "0898001; 0898015; 0898037; 0898056; and 0898_079," indicating the cumulative number of pages in the document. (ie. The first PDF file contains pages 1-14, the second pages 15-36, the third pages 37-55, etc.)

    However, when I combine them into a single file in AA Pro DC, they always initially arrange themselves in reverse order, so that 0898079 is in the first position, and then 0898056, etc. I can drag them into the correct order before the single file is actually created, but it would be helpful if they defaulted the other way around.

    You can simply sort them in increasing or decreasing order by switching to List View instead of Thumbnail View while combining the documents in Acrobat.

12. Option for name other than login

    It would be nice if I could enter a name to use under Identity and could indicate to use this name regardless of how I am signed into acrobat. This way, comments added using my business or personal copy of Acrobat could show the exact same name. Thank you.

    Dear User,

    You can create a new policy template from Protect—Encrypt—Manage Security Policies—New (create the new security settings that you want to apply) and save it as a template.
    You will still need to open the files individually and apply the template on each file. But this would be an easier way around.

14. DC Reader is the Microsoft Vista of document readers

    If you have the "new" DC Reader...get rid of it.
    it's slow.
    it's choppy.
    The phrase "Not Responding" shows up more than a taxi in New York City.
    This has got to be the crappiest Adobe product I've ever had the displeasure of working with.
    I've told my company's IT department to start looking for something else.
    Acrobat Reader DC is pure American ****.

    I suggest you update your Reader to the latest version and if you still face any issues please elaborated them and allow us to help you.

15. Form Field Calculation

    On Adobe Acrobat DC for Mac, when trying to program a calculation, the Field Selection dialog box is much too small to see the field names, and it can't be enlarged! There doesn't seem to be a way to select the fields outside of the dialog box on the form, which would be very convenient and make sense. It makes it impossible to use the calculate feature if you have long field names, which Adobe creates by default.

16. Adobe Sign - add a feature to allow the recipient to view multiple attachments

    you can send multiple attachments through adobe sign however the recipient receives the docs as one merged file. It would be helpful to allow the recipient to view the docs the way they were sent; as separate attachments.

17. Bug Report: Organize does not show image

    If I am working for several hours in acrobat dc, the organize feature will show only blank pages... no content. I have to close the program and restart it to view the images. It will work for about 20-30 minutes and then do the same thing. UGH.

    I tried using the tool with several files and could not see the issue.
    Can you please try upgrading your Acrobat to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue for you.

    If not, can you please share the file(s) where this happens.

18. Tray switching - mixed size originals - Mac OS Sierra 10.12.5 Brother HL-L6200dw

    According to the documentation provided by Adobe and Brother the printer should be able to switch trays and print the image on the correct size paper. The tray switching works but despite numerous hours on the phone with Apple and Brother the document prints as if it's on letter when it should be on legal. I've followed the directions provided by Adobe but the documents do not print correctly,

19. where cc is loaded on a particular machine, why does opening adobe acrobat dc not automatically sign you in, when cc is signed in??

    Adobe cc fails to sign in at startup, but when it is signed in opening an adobe dc attachment still fails to sign in to use signature.

    Windows 10 pro (64 bit) running on a dell xps 15" 4k screen 2017 laptop.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. Are you still having this issue?

    After you have signed-in in CC and launch Acrobat, you need to wait for a few seconds before the signing-in process completes in Acrobat.
