  2. The previous version of Acrobat clearly indicated which fields were fillable by having them highlighted in blue. And now there simply isn't anything, and it's suggested to simply just click and check? Not effective, efficient, or clear especially for forms that are aimed towards less tech savvy people.

  4. When using the latest Acrobat DC to share Adobe LiveCycle Dynamic Form for review on the cloud, I was able to receive the document on the participant side, but the document didn't show, instead I see a message as usual because it is a dynamic form, which is expected. But, I was able to use commenting tools online to draw and add comments, which seemed very strange. When I opened the document from the originating reviewer using Acrobat, I saw the comments and drawing, which is shocking. I tried to add comments, it didn't let me, which is expected. Please…

  5. When trying to apply a certificate and save a pdf on a network drive, I'm presented with:
    ]
The document could not be saved. The disk you were saving to or the disk used for temporary files is full. Free some space on this disk and try again, or save to a different disk.

I am using Acrobat Pro, I saw on some forums the solution was to disable "Enable protected mode on startup" but this seems to be an Acrobat reader option.

I have full access to the network drive, there is plenty of space both locally and on…

  6. You can no longer slide the thumbnail/ bookmarks in and out with the mouse cursor. It is now hit or miss how wide you need it to be; I'm too busy to be doing that. Why would you take away the sliding feature?

  7. I often send checks for signature or invoices for approval, and it is typically in a batch. As of now, the user either has to sign all the pages, or has to reject the document signing none. Sometimes an approver/signer will reject one invoice for payment and therefore not want to sign a check. It would be great if they could skip that page, or reject a single signature rather than having to resend the files without that particular page.

  8. When sending documents for signature, with 2 signers completed in a particular order, the 2nd signature receives an email that the document is ready to be signed, but then when she goes into it she tells me that she is denied access.

If I go in and send her a "reminder" to the document - she is able to go in and sign. So I typically have to send a reminder every time I know a document is being forwarded.

  10. When user attempts to sign a pdf document, a box usually populates requesting id verification, but instead a black screen engulfs the entire screen and remains there for some time. Not able to sign document with certificates. An urgent response is greatly appreciated!

  11. When I try to "sign" a document, I sometimes get that little circle that just goes round and round. I had no problem with the old version.

  13. This new update has taken away the option to be able to extract and email a single PDF from multiple pages. Now you have to save the individual page before it can be emailed.
Previously I was able to extract a page from a document (multiple pages) that has already been saved on my drive by selecting - organise pages - extract - extract - selecting email icon on the top of the page.
    PLEASE PUT THIS FEATURE BACK

Kindly share with us your machine details and Acrobat version.
Also please provide us some sample files on which you are facing this issue

  15. There is an option to change the border color under Preferences, Forms change Required fields border highlight color. When another users fills out the form the border outline color reverts to red again. I would like the outline color for the required field that I selected to travel with the PDF document.

You will need to implement keystroke script for this.

You can use the Properties dialog > format > Custom options

  16. Auto Fill won't disable and just forces the same entries into multiple sections. Basically I can't fill out a form with out acrobat putting the same words in most of the sections. For example if i type my zip code in the zip code box it make every zip code, sate, city box whatever i type and i can't change any box without it automatically changing all of them.

    Hi,

Thanks for providing you feedback and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Can you please provide some detailed steps of the issue. It will be great if you could share a video of the issue.

    Regards,

  17. I can link media using buttons, but the link is broken when the file is shared / copied.

Is it not possible to link to attachments (and not external source files) so that the integrity remains intact.

  18. I haven't been able to access Acrobat Pro because of this issue. I updated the software on a trial version, and it's working fine except for when I get more pop up boxes to upgrade my subscription, with the same issue. It looks like maybe there's fonts missing? I've had no luck finding a solution.

  19. Good day!

I have signed some test pdf document with a digital signature.

As you can see on a picture the document is totally protected from any modification.

Now I go to a signature panel and rightclick my signature.

There is a Clear Signature option, which do what it says - deletes my signature and make document editable again.

I understand the concept of signature. It is not a method to protect your data, it only can guarantee that content was not altered.

    But never the less:

    1. Adobe states in its documentation that you need a private key to unsign…
