  1. Fix the sign in process! Figure out an easier way to verify users. This is a complete waste of my time and the function does not work properly.
    Thank you.

  2. Nearly $17/month is way too high for a single computer in a residence. The value received is minimal compared to the cost--given that MS Word will also create PDF documents. Office 365 costs a little over $100/year for a suite of programs that can be loaded on up to 5 computers in the household. Your's is $196.56 for a single program for a single computer. I will be canceling. You need to address your pricing!

  3. Would like ability to add the Marquee zoom tool to my Quick tools. This was lost when you switched to DC. It is not nearly as useful when I have to go through three clicks to get to it first.

  4. In some rare scenario one might want page scrolling to jump to next page like it does by default, but it is an annoyance in the most common context of reading a text document. While there is a way to change this setting, general people cannot be expected to understand that this is done by changing "Page Layout" to "Single Page Continuous" under "Page Display" from "Preferences" under "Edit" menu. Please beef up your UX team!

    Hi,

You can always set the continous scolling as your default view.
Here s how you can do this :
    1) Open preferences dialog (Ctrl+K) and go to Page Display tab
    2) under “Default Layout and Zoom” select the Page layout as Single page Continous and saveit

Let me know if this helps ?

    Thanks
    Ayush

  5. Ability to set the default scale (other than 1=1) for all future PDF docs.
AND the ability to set the scale for each individual PDF docs that will remain assigned to that PDF even if you exit Adobe Acrobat and re-open it. I'm an engineer, and work with various different scales, so it would be very beneficial for each PDF, if the user set scale would remain locked with each document, so you don't have to re-establish the scale after exiting and re-opening Adobe Acrobat.

  10. Since upgrading my iMac to MAC OS 10.13 Adobe Acrobat DC has become horribly unstable. It crashes constantly, but inconsistently. Sometimes it crashes when it's just open and sitting in the background. Sometimes it crashes when I'm attempting to open a PDF. It crashes regularly when I'm attempting to edit a PDF into a form. I don't get any on screen feedback except the dialog boxes asking if I want to report the "unexpected quit" to Apple, and then Adobe. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

  11. Trying to select which pages to extract by clicking on thumbnails is next to impossible. Whoever thought of this system has never tried to extract multiple non-consecutive pages from a large document - they all look the same when shrunk to 1 inch tall. Can we just extract by highlighting bookmarks?

  13. Is it jut me? I have just started to use pdf pro and straight away I see how very poor it is. I need to make manuals, which includes to insert multiple pdf files with lots of pages in each, into the structure of the original pdf file. It would be nice to group pages to simplify making pages order and document structure. What a delusion!

    Hi,

Thanks for Reaching out to us.
I would request you to kindly add the Loupe tool in your main toolbar. thats how you can do that

    1) launch any pdf and right click on the main toolbar
    2) select “Show Select and zoom Tool” and click on “Loupe Tool”
    3) click on the loupe tool icon added to the toolbar and then click on any area in the pdf

Now you can see an enlarged view of a specific area in a pdf in a separate window

Let me know if that solves your concerns

    Thanks
    Ayush Jain

  16. It would be great to be able to have links available in the headers/footers feature. This would help tremendously with very large doc’s with more than 100 pages, particularly if the reader of the document tries to jump from one section to another.

This would help if one tries to create ‘Back to home page’ links on every page in a large pdf document. Say, one creates a ‘Table of Contents’ in the beginning of the deck, with links to every section in the deck. Once you get to the respective section (e.g. pages 120-150 in the deck), it would…

  17. I've been converting .ai to pdf by dragging onto Acrobat DC. By doing this, I don't need fonts or linked images. Had a file that gave me the error: "Acrobat pdf conversion could not be completed. This could be due to a network error or if there is no valid Acrobat online service membership."
Other .ai files convert just fine, but this one file it doesn't work. I dragged onto Acrobat Pro 11 and the file converts just fine. It's curious it works on an older version of acrobat but not DC.

  18. I have designed forms that my staff complete & then we provide to external sources. I need these to export as a flat file & don't see how that could be accomplished other than export to MS Word & then to a pdf... kinda labor intensive!

  19. Is there a way to make this happen? I also tried exporting the pdf to Word and there was still no way to make the change happen automatically. I guess I should have exported the entire document to Word in the first place and done all my edits there. Now I have over 500 edits to insert by hand -- double the work.

  20. When i use the edit PDF function and attempt to edit the text, the wrong letters are appearing after i type. For instance, when i type the letter "N" , "h" shows up, and when I type "o" , "b" shows up. This is extremely frustrating. Please help!
