  1. Bug Report

    When I insert a video into a PDF and the video format is vertical the video rotates 90 degrees and can not be rotated back to the vertical position. However if the video is a horizontal format then it inserts correctly. A customer service rep said it was designed to work this way. I really find that hard to believe. It sounds like an excuse. Very frustrating for weeks I've been confronted with this Please fix.

  2. 20.012.20043.3217 Acrobat Pro DC is painstakingly slow

    The new updates have been doing only harm to the software. It has become painstakingly slow. I normally have 5-6 (min) PDFs open at all times and search through them for keywords. After the recent update, it has been very slow, sometimes showing results on blank pages, even though there is actual content.

  4. Acrobat DC Stopped Working exception after Acrobat DC Pro 2020.012.20041 recent upgrade

    "Acrobat DC Stopped Working" popup seen after Acrobat DC Pro 2020.012.20041 patch / update recently. Popup seen while VB6.0 '.Exit' method is programmatically called.

    This used to work in earlier version Acrobat DC Pro 2019.021.20056

  5. Unable to highlight and note digitally signed docmument; need to add header/footer.

    Need to be able to highlight text and add header/footer/file name to digitally signed documents (with the option of keeping it clean). This DOES NOT IMPAIR content or security of the file and does not change/invalidate the document execution. Please note, this precisely is a huge issue with digitally signed documents in that they are impossible to work with afterward For reasons of confidentiality, I can not attach an example file. ***My idea: allow highlight/notation/header/footer BUT INCLUDE A FEATURE: a "send with/without notations" and a "print with/without notes" feature.   7. Dear Adobe Team, I need to file a complaint regarding your billing policy.

    Dear Adobe Team

    So far I am using Adobe Pro DC and it works perfect. Yet I can see, that I will not need to renew my contract ones the 12 month periode is over. Even though I made two attemps to talk to you online support team they could not help me prevent a not needed renewal so far. The only option offered was to pay the full amount that is still open but then not being able to use the program any longer from this very moment of the cancelation of the contract.

  8. REVERTING MENU SETTINGS OF TOOLS DURING AN UPDATE = REALLY BAD

    Reverting the menu settings for the TOOLS to the users settings after an update.

    -should be done as part of each update.
    -put as an obvious option when exiting any setup of tools in the menu system to backup the registry somewhere as i have just now been advised of. really not a good option.

  10. Bug: Remove Hyperlinks

    I believe I have found a rather interesting bug. When using the Remove Web Links function in Acrobat DC on this document, it tells me 41 hyperlinks are removed. However, two hyperlinks remain. www.Flyways.us (page 3) and www.Fws.gov/duckstamps (page 5). If I go to add/edit links I get no bounding box for either of those links, but if I exit out of editing mode, they can still be clicked. If I delete the text and type it back in, the links disappear - BUT - if I then save it, close, and reopen - they are back again.

  11. Document Cloud Typekit Service

    Creative Cloud apps have the ability to disable Adobe Typekit font service but Document Cloud do not.

    I would like to have the ability to disable users access to download Fonts.

    If a user is assigned access to a Creative Cloud app (Font access disabled) and to a Document Cloud App (Font on by default) the user will have access to typekit fonts via the Creative Cloud app.

  12. Option to change default Edit Video Properties globally for a document

    When using the Save as PDF command in another app (e.g. FrameMaker), videos imported into the document will play on click in the PDF. The default playback is to play back content on the page in a small box in the upper right corner of the page. This is not convenient to users. To make the video player easier for users to click and play, I have to change the video properties for each video individually.   13. HELP

    As soon as i hit the edit button automaticly the program changes my font to many other differenmt wierd out of shape and size fronts throughout the whole page it jumbles everything up and even turns letters into sylabols and random **** and doesnt reconize the current front when its should be enabled to help!

  15. Box connector not working

    When attempting to connect Box and Adobe we get to the point where it says Grant access to Box and are unable to click the submit button in order to move forward. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is up to date.

  16. Bug: Lack of text contrast in Navigation lists with Dark Theme

    I use the Dark Theme for accessibility because of light sensitivity.

    When using Dark Theme, many of the Navigation Panes (including Bookmarks, Content, Order, Tags, and probably others) display black text on a dark grey background, instead of properly switching to light colored text. I think there are other parts of the UI that have this same problem, but I can't enumerate all of them.

    The lack of contrast makes these parts of the UI effectively unusable in Dark Theme. Using low screen brightness (again, because of light sensitivity) exacerbates the issue. The bug is very easy to reproduce because…

  17. PDF Files Don't Open in Acrobat after latest windows update and/or in new Edge Browser

    When opening a PDF file from Microsoft Edge browser the file now opens using a default Microsoft pdf reader of some sort. I checked to make sure that acrobat was the default application for opening .pdf files but that makes no difference. Adobe help desk said this is because of the latest windows update and the latest adobe acrobat update as well. This is really frustrating and makes workflow inefficient. Please fix this so acrobat can be used when opening .pdf files from browsers (had same problem with Chrome so does not seem to be a browser specific problem).

  19. Globally change default text field properties in Acrobat Pro DC

    I work in InDesign. I create the form and place the various fields. When I export to interactive PDF, the default text field properties include "Check spelling" = yes. I have to edit all the text fields to change "Check spelling" = no. Please allow default text field properties to be changed GLOBALLY and PERMANENTLY.

  20. adobe preview double click not working

    I have tried this in Windows 10 2004 and windows 1909. On windows 2004 Adobe standard 2015 is being used. If I have preview enabled in windows I can open other files fine such as excel or word.However if the Adobe pdf is multiple pages long, double clicking it won't open it. Sometimes after pdf shows in explorer preview, I can double click it. Sometimes it takes 5 double clicks and pdf file opens. I have the same issue on a Windows 10 1909 with Adobe Reader DC.
