  1. ho acquistato una licenza adobe nel 2022 ma non mi hanno detto che scadeva, anzi mi hanno riferito che la licenza non scadeva mai. è forse una truffa sicuramente, visto che mi chiede l'acquisto del software

  3. There are a few common factors that push users to migrate from their Exchange account to Office 365, which brings us to the reason why users want to know how to migrate from Exchange to Office 365. Most users desire a platform that is easy to use and productive for carrying out their daily tasks. That is the primary motivation for carrying out this migration procedure. When it comes to ease of use, Office 365 surpasses MS Exchange. Furthermore, it offers the Office 365 account's global accessibility. As a result, users begin switching from their Exchange account to Office 365.

  4. It "finds" lots of examples where the found text doesn't match the search for text - see screenshot as an example. It also misses actual occurrences of the search text - in the screenshot, "Article 50" exists much earlier in the document. You can see it also thinks there are over 7,000 instances of the search term in the doc - there are actually fewer than 100.
To fix this I usually end up having to close and reopen the doc. It's an intermittent fault.
    I run Windows 11 on a PC.

  5. The new version of e-signature does not work. I could not work out how to add a password to authenticate the document on the signer's end. This is a non-negotiable. We are required to do this and is a very simple process with the old version.

Futhermore, once you have filled in a doc and click the request signatures, it starts overriding the information you have already entered. This ruins the whole process and makes it unusable.

Thankfully we can revert to the old version. I'm not sure how you though this new version would be accepted?

  7. Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open any PDF
    2. Encrypt the PDF with a password "12345 " and compatibility "Acrobat 7.0 and later" (128-bit AES)
    3. Save the PDF
    4. try to load it using MacOS preview or any other tool, and it will fail to open with the correct password.

Or, use an older version of Acrobat Pro (Say Acrobat 2020), encrypt with the password "12345 " and Acrobat 7.0 Compatibility, save it, and then try to load it with latest Acrobat Pro, and it will fail to open using the correct password

  8. I want to use PDFMaker to creat a PDF from an MS Word dokument which contains graphics created and inserted with ChemDraw. When the PDF is created it does not look like it should.
I use Acrobat Pro 2023.006.20380 and MS Word 2310 Build 16924.20150

Attached you can find the MS Word dokument and also the generated PDF. The graphic on top is the one inserted with ChemDraw (22.2.0.330). The lower one was converted into an SVG and inserted into the dokument as Vector grphics.

  9. Steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. In InDesign, create an A4 page with a full-page image rotated at an angle of about 2 degrees.
    2. Export PDF compatibility Acrobat 4, (PDF 1.3)
    3. Load into Adobe Acrobat.

The same error occurs on both Windows and MacOs.

For illustration I send screenshot: on the left image rendered by Apple Preview, on the right Adobe Acrobat.

Expected result: Adobe Acrobat will display the image without artifacts, just like Apple Preview.

  10. Using the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Adobe Acrobat rarely, if ever, correctly auto-allocates tags to do a table. I know it is difficult to do so, and in most cases, I have to hardcode the table using the Reading order panel to make the cells using the paragraph button on the Reading Order panel. And then using new tags and the tags panel to hardcode a table into existence.

This takes a long time, especially as the new tags and paragraph text doesn't pop into the right space. I would like the ability to manually collate sections of text for…

  12. It would be helpful to have Adobe Pro 2020 default to the PDF icon when inserting a PDF as an object and then displaying as an icon in Microsoft Word.

It is possible to search for the icon and set it manually but it will always default back to C:\Windows\System32\ole32.dll, making the user have to manually set the icon every time.

    Thank you

  14. When filtering for comments by color, all the other colors are completely hidden and there is no easy way to unhide them or tell that they are there at all, except to unfilter and then find the page you were previously on. Instead -- it would be lovely if we could have the other comment bubbles still show on the main page but the comments are collapsed in the sidebar. Give us the option to uncollapse that information and read that comment. This would really help us to know that we're not missing an important piece of information that is…

  15. The user interface for Adobe Acrobat is not intuitive, and the font is so tiny that it's difficult to read I want to switch it back to my original configuration and it won't allow me to do this. I hate it with a passion. I don't have time to fiddle around to try and figure out all this new stuff when it was fine before. It does not look slicker, and the toolbars are in the way when I am doing zoom, which is why I don't like it this way!

  16. For Multi-line fields, text input should not scale till width of field is reached and wraps to next line. Currently when creating a field set to text that Auto sizes, it scales to width of line and then starts getting smaler, then add multi-line to that and it should wrap to next line and only start scaling when the field is full and you can't fit any more text it visibly. However currently when multi-line, Rich text format and Auto size are all set, when end user starts typing in info, the text is really small - but if you…

  17. Hi there! In Acrobat, the rulers used to change size based on the Custom Resolution setting. I'm not sure when this broke, but it's not working anymore. Now when you change the Custom Resolution setting, the ruler stays the same size and does not measure accurately, compared to the Measure tool which does measure accurately.

For an example, see the screenshot. In Preferences / Page Display / Resolution, the system setting is 111, but if I change it to 130 so that pages display larger at 100% resolution, the size of the ruler does not change. When I use the…

  19. the scrolling on adobe acrobat for windows users is ridiculously frustrating. It goeas from 0 to 100 when using the mousepad. As soon as the bottom of the page is reached even by a pixel, it jumps to the next page. Adobe, realize that you control the way people read in the 21st century. Your adamance on having PDFs be the sole, and universal format entails a huge responsibility on making consuming digital prose EASY. Especially when people are struggling financially and youre charging 23 USD a month!!! Back in the day, people could print and collage or rearrange physical…

  20. When opening files in SharePoint Online in Adobe Acrobat desktop via the Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 app, there are way too many clicks - three for opening and three for closing outlined below.

It would be great if these clicks could be eliminated via preferences; the most important to eliminate would be Version Comments on Check In and the click to "Desktop" after it opens in browser Acrobat.

    1. Click on the applicable file in SharePoint in browser to open (this one make sense of course)
    2. Click desktop to open the file in Adobe Acrobat desktop rather than web (it…
