How to convert Maildir to MBOX?
You can manually or professionally convert Maildir to MBOX. To do the manual conversion, use an email client such as Thunderbird. First, install ImportExportTools NG add-on. After that, place the Maildir files in the Thunderbird profile and use the add-on to export the files as MBOX format files.
The procedure is technical, long, and not suitable for mass data. It involves Thunderbird installation, poses a risk of data corruption, and does not directly support folder structure preservation or metadata correctness.
Another option is to use the DRS Softech Maildir Converter for Mac is a robust and universal tool. The software…

e-signatures
Permit simultaneous assignment of multiple fields to signor email addesses.
Am I the only person who feels that Acrobat's “Request e-signatures” tool is useful only for securing signatures and nothing more?
I have a form created to request e-signatures from six people. A row of nine checks boxes is positioned adjacent right of each signature field, representing each hour, 8:00AM through 4:00PM. The purpose is to determine times on a given date when everyone will be available to schedule a meeting. The idea is for each signor, beginning with the host, to “X” their available time slots on that date,,…

25.001.20531 Bug Metadata
25.001.20531 Bug Sharepoint metadata no longer pops up a window at save as under the Sharepoint added location.
Under this version, if you disable new acrobat, it will still popup Sharepoint metadata window.
Should not have to revert to old acrobat just to use it properly.

Zoom level displayed incorrectly when document is open in two or more windows
When the same document is opened in two or more windows, clicking on one window updates the displayed zoom level text in the zoom widget in all windows associated with that document, despite the fact that the zoom level didn't change in other windows. It seems that this value is being updated from a global variable linked to the document. This field/widget should be updated for each window individually. See attached screenshot.
Tested on Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.20531) - Brazilian Portuguese, on Windows 10 Pro - Brazilian Portuguese.

Auto copy all Highlighted Text to a new Doc
Please have an Adobe Acrobat right-click "Highlight and paste to new doc" option.
For areas we select, we should be able to drop them ALL into a new word or pdf doc, so we don't have to keep manually going copy/paste back and forth like lunatics.
This is SO easily automate-able in 2025, and I am shocked Adobe don't have it!1 vote -
Smooth and Secure GroupWise to Google Workspace Migration
Migrating from Novell GroupWise to Google Workspace is a strategic upgrade for organizations seeking a modern, cloud-based productivity suite. GroupWise, while once a reliable on-premises email and collaboration platform, lacks the flexibility and scalability of today’s cloud solutions. Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) offers integrated tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar—enabling teams to collaborate in real time from anywhere.
A GroupWise to Google Workspace migration involves exporting emails, contacts, and calendar data and importing them into corresponding Google services. Depending on the version of GroupWise and data volume, migration can be handled using Google Workspace Migration…

Smooth SiteGround to Google Workspace Migration for Modern Email Solutions
Migrating from SiteGround email hosting to Google Workspace is a smart move for businesses seeking robust communication tools and enhanced collaboration. While SiteGround provides reliable hosting services, Google Workspace offers an integrated suite including Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Docs—all designed for seamless productivity.
A SiteGround to Google Workspace migration typically involves transferring emails, contacts, and calendars from SiteGround’s mail servers to Gmail using IMAP protocols or third-party migration tools. DNS records like MX, SPF, and DKIM must also be updated to route emails correctly to Google’s servers. The process ensures that email continuity is maintained with minimal disruption.

New Acrobat and icon colors
There are many improvements in the new Acrobat that are great. If I disable new Acrobat to avoid the things I don't like about new Acrobat, I quickly miss the improvements. Therefore, disabling "new Acrobat" to avoid new design that I don't like is temporary at best because it is inevitable that the "old Acrobat" option will disappear. Here are a few things I would like to see improved in new Acrobat.
It would be nice if the current tab color contrasted more with both the surrounding interface and other open tabs, but that is true in "old Acrobat" as…

Digital Storytelling in Modern Mythmaking
From interactive novels to immersive web platforms, storytelling has evolved far beyond the printed page or traditional screenwriting. It now incorporates multimedia elements—sound design, animation, branching dialogue, and environmental cues—to construct more dynamic, emotionally resonant experiences.
One compelling development is the reimagining of mythological and folklore traditions using modern tools. Many artists and developers are revisiting ancient narratives, adapting them for new generations who interact with stories differently than their predecessors. Rather than passively reading or watching, users can now explore virtual worlds that adapt based on their decisions, deepening their engagement and encouraging repeat interaction.

DO NOT OPEN AUTOMATICALLY keeps resetting
I've unchecked the option in Preferences > General that has Acrobat Reader open pdfs automatically when they're downloaded in Chrome at least a dozen times (and saved the change), yet IT KEEPS DOING IT. Seriously, DO NOT EVER OPEN AUTOMATICALLY.

CURSOR GLITCH
When opening a fillable form, the cursor in the field keeps becoming disengaged for at least 2 times within the first 10 seconds of opening the form. This seems to because of Acrobat loading information like the "Learn More" Document Cloud button in the lower left. So there seems to be some synchronization that is slow to load, but that shouldn't take your cursor out of the fields. This really slows down work flow.

Show license version in Help About
When switching from Acrobat 64 bit 25.001.20432 to 25.001.20474 the licenses version is no longer shown. In the past it would show Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Acrobat Standard. It makes for easy troubleshooting licensing issues with end users. Would like that added back to Help and About.

IGNORE DOCUMENT RESIZING PROPERTIES option in Acrobat's settings
What we need is the option to disable this behavior that you described in your post.
<snip>
"The way a PDF file opens, like its zoom level, layout, or whether the window resizes is usually set by the person who creates the file. These settings are saved inside the PDF itself and control how it appears when opened by others."
</snip>We do not care how the creator of the file wanted it to appear when opened.
What we want is for the file to open nicely in our window, behave itself and not to trigger the resize and relocate…
