  1. This is currently an error that we are experiencing. We are doing shared reviews and this was working fine several weeks ago. We were able to previously send out pdf's for review but now we are receiving this error.

  2. When attempting to enter a text box in the top RH corner of a document the tool covers the area the document I am editing. Have the tools we want to use permanently displayed

    revert back to version 9 format.

    The workaround for this is to click on the text properties icon bar to hide the properties so that you can easily see the text box.
    Please let us know if this works for you.

    For the second ask, can you explain the issue again as we are not clear with the ask here.

    Hi User, Thanks for reaching out to us.
    Are you facing this issue only for highlight or for other annots as well ?

    Can you uncheck the commenting preference “Automatically open comment pop-ups for comment other than notes” and try to create another highlight. Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you.

  4. Hi,

    I have an Action Wizard doing the following:
    1. OCR
    2. Optimize
    3. Save the file
    When I run this same Action on two separate Machine against a folder with a lot of PDF files in it, after running for a while, say doing 100 - 300 files, if fails. The DC Student version gives out of memory dialog box error and stops and the Pro DC version gives a dialog box saying "There was an error opening the document...." I will attach the screen shut of the error I get.

  5. Hi,

    When including Enhance Scan in an Action Wizard and running it against a folder with Multiple files in it, repeatedly prompt and ask for the next file... I don't want to see that prompt, like when I am OCRing I can uncheck the Prompt check box...

  11. Comments and highlights should look color coded regardless of how they are sorted out... all in the same color looks elegant and everything but it was MUCH easier to read comments in past versions of Acrobat when they were shown with their color

  13. For some reason, we cannot delete PDF files store on a network because the preview handler locks the file. We have to hit the delete key which opens a windows prompt that the file is in use, then unselect the PDF file, and then click in the windows dialog to try again.

  14. Ability to extract completed PDF forms such that the data is extracted into 1 record perform. The record has the data from each of the form fields on the form. The fields are labeled, so it would be helpful (using EXCEL as an example to export the data as follows in the attachment. Essentially row1 is the list of fields. Row 2 is the data from those fields. I show a 3rd row from a 2nd form in case it would be possible to process multiple forms at the same time. If not, one at a time would work.

  16. I deal with multiple sheets of similar layout. I would like to zoom in on an area and go from sheet to sheet with the same area zoomed at the same scale. The version prior to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC allowed me to do that IF I was zoomed in anywhere that included the top margin of my image. But the new Adobe Acrobat Pro DC will only allow a similar zoom if I have zoomed into the TOP LEFT corner of an image. : ' ( : ' ( : ' (

    You can use Loupe tool for getting your desired result.
    Follow below mentioned steps to activate loupe tool.
    Go to view > zoom> Loupe tool.

  17. We need the ability to convert folders/subfolders containing .msg files to a PDF Portfolio file. But the .msg extension is not a supported extension for conducting this conversion. The only way to do it is to create a folder in Outlook and drag all of the .msg files into the folder, which isn't practical and is an extra step. All of the other Microsoft file types seem to be supported (docx, xlsx, pptx, etc.), so I'm not sure why the .msg file type isn't supported.

  18. After Acrobat updated to 2019.008.20071, my Enfocus Pitstop Tools have disappeared. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing both Acrobat and Pitstop. With no change. I have checked for an update to Acrobat but get a message that 20071 is the latest version. Enfocus says the problem is in Acrobat.

    When can i expect a fix for this. I need these tools in order to be able to work with my customers. Thanks

  19. My copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20080 is constantly crashing when deleting comments. Since Adobe removed the tick box from the commenting feature, which was easily the worst UI/UX decision in recent history, I have resorted to deleting comments in order to be able to go through documents with hundreds of markups.

    However, the current version fo Acrobat pro DC can only handle a couple of comment deletions in a row, and literally crashes after every 5 to 10 comments.

    So if I have a document with 700+ comments, you can imagine my frustration and the amount of crashing.…
