  1. Adobe recently removed option to send Zipped Folders from Send & Track. It was working fine a couple of months ago...I inquired and now Adobe is saying that you need a paid subscription. I purchased the product outright which is costly, but do not want to deal with subscriptions for every PC (especially in office environment with a ton of computers).....hence the fact of buying the product. Please BRING IT BACK!!

  2. When creating multiple PDF's, if I choose to place them in the source folder, everything works fine, and all files are being converted into PDF, remaining the source structure. But I end up with a folder structure with mixed files (Word and PDF) next to each other. I do want a different output folder, but preserving my source folder structure. This way I get a new output structure, with only PDF-files in the structure. This option is currently not possible. When selecting a different output folder, all files are created directly into that new main folder. I would like to…

  3. Acrobat cloud service is far too slow to be of any use at all. It is like being on a dial-up connection in the 1980's.

  4. I up voted a similar idea which is currently under review but adding a new request to be slightly different. With Adobe now pushing Document Cloud as a comparable service to Creative and Experience, + the verb strategy; can you enable Sync for Document Cloud files to my local machine?

Today if I scan documents or even sign documents? would it be possible to sync my Document Cloud documents locally? You have Creative Cloud files syncing - why not Document Cloud files?

  5. When I export a brochure to pdf I usually set the Page Display to function like a brochure and to fit the page, this works great in the pdf app but is lost when viewed with a browser. Could you implement these settings into the browser "application"?

I have always wished this was a feature but it has become more of an actual issue for me as the shared commenting feature was updated and it pushes users to the browser pdf viewer instead of their installed application. I would like the reviewers to see the brochure as they will view…

  7. In Adobe Sign, the process to send a signature could be more efficient after adding yourself as a signer in the first recipient field. After doing so, Adobe Sign could have instant suggestions on who to send the document to based on how often this recipient's signature is requested.

  8. We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. Our management uses Fill & Sign feature frequently for signing various documents. The default color of signature is black and Acrobat Pro 2017 does not allow to change the color of drawn signature. We would request to please introduce this feature in Acrobat Pro 2017 as is available in Adobe Acrobat DC,

  11. In previous Acrobat users save the pdf and -signed suffix would be in the save file. Please add option to DC. The Accounting Firm just switched to DC, and does not have this automatic option now.

  12. When typing Fill & Sign text, as soon as a Central European character is entered, Fill & Sign switches to another font. If the field is a comb field, it switches from a monospaced font to a proportional one and breaks the feature completely, the letters don't fit anymore into boxes that Adobe Reader shows.

Additionally, even for normal text fields, this fallback means that different fields use different font depending on if any regional characters are there or not. The result looks inconsistent and ugly.

  13. Working for a UK University, we produce pdf.publications for the youth demographic, from prospectuses to course guides. It appears that Adobe is unable to autolink a URL in a pdf. that doesn't contain https:// or www. This is extremely old fashioned and not good practice from a design point of view. In 2020, it is widely accepted that these prefixes are not used, so I would like to requested that the autolink can be programmed in a way which reads these as URLs in a pdf. for example: swansea.ac.uk/research

I imagine this is not a unique issue, anybody creating…

  15. Invert colours on images embedded in pdf files.

    Hi

I'm visually impaired. I find anything with a white background unreadable.

I can change text and text background colours to make text readable but I cannot find a method to change colours used in images embedded in pdf files.

Please can you add an accessibility option to invert colours in embedded images so black becomes white and white becomes black. NB. All colours will need to be inverted not just black and white.

  16. Currently, embedded links which use the Data URL schema are blocked by Adobe Acrobat even when adjusting security settings. Adobe Acrobat doesn't need to support reading these links as they're simply opened in a browser, but we need Acrobat to stop blocking these links. I've attached an example PDF with an embedded data url.

  17. It is essential for the user to be able to disable the default view settings that were set by the creator of the document (often stupidly).

In 35+ years of using computer software, this is the dumbest default setting I have ever seen, and it creates serious usability issues for those wishing to use Acrobat for business purposes (i.e. not graphic design/web design/desktop publishing/etc)

Please IMMEDIATELY ASAP fix this so that the user can disable these default settings and thus view documents effectively instead of spending loads of time fixing display *****-ups caused by the content creator's clumsy use of…

  18. I find myself unable to convert a word document file to pdf with proper hyperlinks for the table of contents. Please either increase the size limit for conversion of the files on Document Cloud and/or enable preferences option in Microsoft application for better conversion of files including attaining the hyperlinks in the documents and other features.

  20. When changing anything within a text field to a subscript or superscript, and then changing the font size of the entire field later, the subscript or superscripts are also changed to that font size. In most cases, it would be preferable to maintain characters or words that are subscripted/superscripted during an overall font size change.
