  1. When I use the Google Drive File Picker in Adobe Sign and trying to search, the result is always blank. The same search in Google Drive shows the files I'm looking for.
    macOS 10.12.6 using Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90.
    The problem occurs on different adobe sign accounts and different laptops.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. We need some more information from you to be able to investigate this further:
    1. Do you see a completely blank file picker dialog? Or you see the file list but search returns 0 results in Google Drive files?
    2. Can you please try quitting all Chrome browser instances (check that no Chrome instance is running in activity monitor) and then re-try?
    3. Do you observe the same on Windows too?

  4. When in Excel, I want to load Adobe DX on top tab as default but it doesn't stay as default and I have to do add-in.

  5. Allow users to customize the toolbar- add some (not all) drawing markup tools, comment tools, editing tools, highlight tools, without having to add an entire group. There are tools in a group that I never use, but I must select a group and wait for it to load, rather than seeing all my frequent tools at one time.

  6. I just spent the last 2 hours trying to change the margins and the paragraph spacing on a simple document with just 4 pages.

    YOU MUST GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND MAKE YOUR TOOLS MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY TO THE AVERAGE PERSON. UNTIL ADOBE FIGURES OUT HOW TO MAKE THEIR TOOLS MORE USER-FRIENDLY, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS IN THE MEANTIME. GREAT TOOLS AND RESOURCES - awful user-friendly applications.   7. I have received a redacted contract on Adobe Acrobat Standard DC that I use on Windows 7. When I hold down ctrl and scroll in (to zoom) the redacted information flashes and I can see what information is blacked out. I think the information should be securely blacked out so there is no possibility of obtaining that information.

  8. It would be good to have some sort of solution/ patch/ workaround/ update to prevent Google DocHub from being able to edit locked forms. I've noticed that by dropping an adobe pdf into DocHub does a few things:
    1. Even if document password protected to prevent editing it is easily editable and doesnt seem to honor those security settings
    2. When document is locked after signing DocHub allows all the previously fillable fields to be edited while still retaining the original signature
    3. even if a fillable form is converted to flattened copy, once dropped into DocHub all the fillable…

  9. I have recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. For my work, I need to mark-up PDFs using Comment tools. When I style some text as superscript using either the feature available in the box that appears when I right click or the shortcut ctrl/shift/+ and then close the pop-up box the styling becomes subscript instead of superscript. I used Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 for a long time and didn't have any problems. It is very frustrating that this doesn't work properly in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, especially as 'superscript' is offered as a feature in Comments

  10. I just installed CS6 Design & Web Premium but Acrobat Pro fails to install - period. I've tried 4 times now with the same failure (see attached screenshot). The website says I have 90 days of "Chat and Phone support" - but the support website is in an infinite loop - you never get a button to "chat" and no phone number is ever offered. How do I get help getting this installed?

  11. I can see certain documents were created in MS Word with simple follow on/flowing text and standard paragraph styles ie no **** text boxes. Even with the export options turned off, Acrobat does this incredibly annoying export to text boxes where it is simply run-on (flowing) text. You then have to extract the text, box by box to get the document to be in an editable form. Even exporting to rtf has similar issues. Exporting to plain text means you have to format.

    In the end, you waste valuable time either extracting the text or having to reformat the text…

  14. Wow. I LOVE your products, but HOLY S&*T was it difficult to get to a point where I could actually "Contact" adobe. As a professional UX designer (sorry for how that must sound...) this UX is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable for a company of your prestige.

    Here is my issue, I used to be able to drag .png files into Adobe Acrobat and the software would brilliantly ask me if I wanted to combine these pngs into a single file, "Why yes, Thats exactly what I want! Thank you."

    This worked flawlessly for the last year. Now, out of nowhere, the program…

    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

    Also If you could, please also attach the snapshots of printed documents with contains “codes at the top or bottom”.

  17. When 'ticking off' comments that have been actioned on a PDF, when saved, those ticked check boxes don't show if someone else opens the PDF.

    Please can the check box state be saved also, so all users can see what has been actioned (and save us all a lot of time going over amends!)

  18. These two icons do 2 completely different functions from one another. They have appeared the same for ages now. I think it is finally time to create a new Icon look for one or the other. Having both on my quick tools is rather daunting because they look exactly the same.

  19. A "Print as Handouts" feature similar to the 2x6 feature in Microsoft PowerPoint. It is common for lecture slides to be released as single slide per page pdf documents, rather than the original PPT file. Because of this, you can only choose to print a number of pages per page (slides per page) in Adobe Acrobat but there is no option, like in powerpoint, for handouts (that is, have 3 slides/pages on the left side of a sheet and 3 boxes to the right that are blank with ruled lines on it for taking notes).

  20. Acrobat DC came pre-installed on my new computer at Christmas. I don't need to use it very often. However, when I do, my firewall software goes ballistic with requests from Acrobat for access to programs and resources I consider it has absolutely no business with. I am constantly denying requests. I have recently downloaded and I'm currently testing another PDF reader. Acrobat has become intolerable. Thanks, but no thanks. Sean
