  2. Every time I open a new PDF Acrobat opens quickly and shows the first page of the pdf but then the whole app seems to freeze ... I can't move or minimize the window, I can't scroll through the document .. nothing. After about a minute the app will begin to work as expected with no further issues.

When highlinging multple lines of text, the margin of the highlighted line extends down into the line of text beneath it, meaning that when I try to highlight the line of text beneath it, it selects the above highlighted line rather than allowing me to highlight the line of text. Very inconvenient.

  4. The menu to enhance an image loads in behind the toolbar. You can move the toolbar out of the way, but you shouldn't have to. Should be a simple fix.

  5. I would request you to please remove the option email, time and date from the signature field on the new experience as it is confusing for a customer who does not have the information that it only works with the well formatted signature setting enabled.

  8. We send contracts to our customers for signing via Adobe Sign. They receive emails from us asking them to open and sign the contract. The text contained in the email is automatically generated by Adobe.

    In German, the formal form of address is “Sie”, but in the text the customer is sometimes addressed as “Sie” and then again with the casual “du”. Please see the screenshot, where I have marked it in yellow.
    We would like our customers to be addressed uniformly with “Sie” in the automatic text.

  11. You can convert Lotus Notes emails to PDF manually or by using a professional utility. To do the manual method, open the email, click on "Print," and select "Microsoft Print to PDF" or an equivalent PDF printer. Save the file. Alternatively, paste the email content into a Word document and save as a PDF.

  12. We would like the custom stamp features to be able to have the ability to imbed the e-signature request and date field within that custom created stamp. This would make the process of requesting staff to sign for their approval of invoices to be paid much quicker.
    At present these are the steps taken:
    1. insert stamp
    2. insert e-signature request
    3. re-adjust and move within the stamp
    4. assign e-sgnature to staff member
    5. insert date field

  14. When processing information requests, I often redact multiple pages. Each redacted page requires a note (currently using a text box) regarding the reason for the redaction. If I have a range of pages that all get redacted for the same reason, I would like a feature where the same text box can be copied on the range of pages without having to manually copy and paste the text box onto each page. I am considering a subscription, and this would be an enticing feature.

  19. Two methods exist to import PST files to Outlook: manually or professionally. For the manual method, open Outlook and navigate to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
