  1. BUG: Dark Mode copy and pastes invisible text

    When copying text from a dark mode app on Mac (Mail app) and pasting it into the comment box in Acrobat the the formatting stays which creates white text on a white comment box, ie invisible. The workaround is to highlight the text, right click, and "clear formatting". This adds lots of time as we do this frequently. See screenshots for a better explanation. Thanks!

  2. HEIC Support

    Provide support for HEIC files. This is apple's new standard and lots of clients send over these image files like jpegs that need to be inserted into my pdfs. PDF is intended to be the "universal" format so this seems like an obvious addition. Thanks!

  3. Send for signature bug

    Clicked to fill and send for signatures, added email address, it then tells me I need to sign in or upgrade to use this feature despite it saying under Help that I am still signed it. Click sign in to sign in again and nothing happens. No pop up windows, no movement, computer is not frozen, everything else is working. If i wanted to do something else in Adobe DC I could. I'm already a subscriber. Why is this not working?

  4. Adobe Sign - Suggest commonly used templates on the "Sign" Tab

    The Send tab in Adobe Sign needs to have an option for frequently used templates. This should be a "one click" option. The current state of the program is to "Add Files," click on "Library Documents," and then dig for the template. I expect the workflow within my products to be much faster.

  6. Disable popup when selecting text

    Would you disable, or at least provide an option to disable, a popup when highlighting a text? This is very annoying because this occludes text I am currently reviewing. Please do not interfere with the user's intended task. It is up to the users who will decide what to do with the highlighted text - after reviewing it thoroughly. Blocking it with the pop up interferes the work process.

  8. Adobe Pro DC, Allow the Ability to Lock use and creation of self-signed Digital ID

    Create a function that allows administrators within an organization the ability to lock down the functionality of creating a self-signed Digital ID. In organizations that use digital ID's as a result of PIV cards, the ability to verify signatures on PDF's is critical. Administrators should have the ability to restrict digital signing to PIV certificate authentication and not allow users to create self-signed digital ID's.

  9. Mac Bug - Only prints in landscape with cut offs

    Using Sierra 10.12.6

    Previously, I had no issue printing.

    Now, I print a document, and the entire thing prints in landscape.

    Mac printer settings and Adobe are all set to portrait.

    I uninstalled DC and re-installed. Still comes up landscape.

  10. Changes compared between 2 PDFs are not accurate

    When comparing 2 versions of a PDF, some of the items the program highlights come up as changes where there isn't any. For example, in one section, a piece of text had been moved a few millimeters, and yet the program registered it as a completely new piece of text, which is false.

    What are the rules on how Acrobat identifies changes between 2 PDFs? And can this be altered by Adobe and/or the user?

  11. Cannot delete pages on some pdf files

    Cannot delete many pages on some pdf files. Deleting say like 5 pages works but deleting 30 does not work quickly. Takes about 10 min before operation completes. This operation broke between version 15 and 19 of Acrobat DC. Works fine on version 15. Also works on older Acrobat Standard 10.

  13. Font default setting ineffective for add text comment

    A couple weeks ago I set my font in preferences/content editing/font options as 10 point Cambria. Every day the first time I type comments on a PDF the font that starts off is 12 point Helvetica. As far as I can tell Acrobat Standard DC makes no use of the information a user puts into preferences/content editing/font options.I don't care that much about whether I am typing in Helvetica versus Cambria but I correct the Acrobat font from 12 point to 10 point every workday.   14. Allow users to save documents for E-sign

    As a lawyer, I need to send documents for client's signature using my own email platform. Having the documents sent by adobe is a hassle and creates a privacy issue for us. On top of this, I also send contracts using our invoicing software. Adobe doesn't allow me to download the contract containing the e sign box for the client to sign. I believe that Docusign offers this feature. As such, I am likely going to have to switch to them unless this issue is resolved quickly.

  15. Share/Review feature queue

    When routing multiple documents in the share/review feature with multiple people it is somewhat difficult to track the status of all documents that you originated or are reviewing. A single queue to list all documents originated or being reviewed by you that would allow you to designate status: routing, final approval (whatever designation needed). Have the queue shift things to the appropriate status when they are approved. Might even be able to change status in the queue. They can still be available if needed but would not be in the routing/proofing portion of the queue any longer. It would also…

  16. Hire better programmers. Adobe Sign hangs on upload and then crashes constantly.

    Hire programmers that have more than 6 weeks of online training. This program is an embarrassment to a company well-known for weak programming. It is ridiculous that it hangs again and again and says there is no internet connection WHILE I'm connected to this and other sites.

  17. Leave panels the way I left them

    I often work with similar types of documents in Acrobat. I need to view comments by color. To do this I need to:


    1. Open the right hand panel.

    2. Click on "Comments"

    3. Click on "Sort By"

    4. Click on "Color"

    5. Click on the Options button ...

    6. Click on "Collapse All."

    I have to do this every single time. Please make it so that tools are left the way to user last used them, as is done in probably all the other Adobe programs.

  18. More comments at a glance

    I compared Acrobat X with the current version of Acrobat: At X you have 20 comments in the window at glance and in the current version it's just 9 comments! If I have a document with 1000 comments I have to scroll much more than in X and makes my work slower than before.

    Please make more comments visible at a glance again!
