  1. Adobe Portal feature request

    Please add the ability to differentiate between ENGLISH and MULTILANGUAGE subscriptions on the Adobe Admin portal for each subscription/User. It is impossible to manage hundreds of subscriptions used over Europe without knowing who has an ENGLISH subscription and who has a MULTILANGUAGE one.

  3. Editing Issues

    Recently when I edit a PDF the first time, the fonts are fine. It is only after I have saved the PDF to my computer and then tried to reopen that same PDF to edit. This is where the problem occurs. I am only able to add text in some jibberish language and not the Arial font already set on the PDF. What is the fix to this as it's very frustrating??

    Another issue is after making substantial edits to the doc, the system then crashes and the file has to be closed and reopened in like a save mode.

  4. Your designs are ****

    Your entire user experience is complete ****. When trying to uninstall an app it opens Creative Cloud and it forces you to update and then it has to use CC to uninstall it.

    To remove subscriptions I had to ******* call to get something removed as there was no button to do so.

    You guys are a huge company and don't give a about the way users actually want things done and just make it really hard to get rid of your ***** products.

  5. files skipped during full text index not logged or displayed

    During a full text index of over 2,000 files, a number of them are skipped. The error briefly appears in the index window, but when the process is complete that window only shows the last part of the processing and truncates the earlier messages. I turned on the preference to log errors to a file, but DC does not output those errors to a log file. How am I supposed to know which files were not indexed?

  6. Continuous Numbering

    The LexisNexis Adobe CaseMap plug-in allows continuous bates numbering. The plug-in allows you to save the current bates numbering sequence, as well as prefixes, for future use. For example: Let's say one day I bates number a serious of documents (say it ends up being A0001-A0113). And then a week later I need to bates stamp more documents. I click on the name of the series I last saved and then my new files will automatically begin at A0114.

    Bookmark names are all capital Greek without periods, underscores or other characters. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and Windows 7 Professional.

  9. Re-set support staff mind set, with new paradigm of training.

    My experience with Adobe’s support staff has been frustrating. Often, no matter how carefully I ask, there appears to be poor understanding of my question. And the staff seems to produce formulaic responses, imstead of specifically addressing my issues. For example:

    I have repeatedly asked what computer configurations can best and most quickly handle time-consuming Adobe Acrobat tasks: OCR, placing duplicate buttons on multiple pages, etc.

    I’ve specifically asked whether more RAM, or multicore, or other configurations would speed up OCR of scanned documents.

    Adobe has not yet provided a coherent response to the above question.

  13. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription expried

    My company has a license for Adobe Acrobat for its employee's. My account has a problem where it will tell me the subscription for my Adobe Acrobat service has expired. This does not happen to any of the other accounts on our company's license yet it has happened on my account for the 4th time now. My IT person has contacted Adobe to fix the problem but it has yet to be resolved. Have other people had this problem and is there an easy solution?   14. Updated Email???

    I updated my new e-mail and it's still emailing my old e-mail every time I send out a document for signature. It also isn't showing my documents in my sent folder. Does it take time for the app to register? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

  15. White Box error in printed 3D views

    We are noticing an error in prints of 3D space from Adobe DC in either Windows 7 or Windows 10. When you print views, sometimes there’s a “White Box” in the middle of the view no matter which medium you print through/to (i.e. physical printer, Adobe PDF, Word Doc, OneNote, etc.).

    I attached an example PDF where this behavior can be seen. The original model is included as an attachment in the PDF. The information attached does not have any restrictions. The information in the PDF is correct until you print it.

  17. Quick Print

    Nearly every tool and application I use has the ability to differentiate between Print and Print Preview. In some apps, Print can be referred to Quick Print. Either way, whether Print, or Quick Print, the idea is to print the object without going through the full Print dialogue, it basically prints the object using the last-used parameters.

    Print Preview on the other hand, provides a full menu of choices and is the full printing dialogue.

    I no longer have Acrobat Pro installed on any working machines, so I can't confirm this, but I thought Pro had this time-saving capability.

  18. Sticky Notes show a nonexistent user's name

    I can provide screenshots via email. Suddenly, although I've changed nothing, I add a sticky note and it has someone else's name who had never commented on a PDF ever, and is not associated with my account!

  19. I am not able to join two PDF's to one, I have tried online but is giving an error.

    I am using a online version of Combine PDF "https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf" is giving an error after uploading the PFD's I am not able to see the download button instead it is giving a popup. Please see the attached Image..

  20. Color Highlight text dont work properly

    In Swedish:
    I mitt jobb uppmanar vi kunder att aldrig använda pratbubblor som korrkommentarer då inte visar exakt var text ska korrigeras och flyttar på sig beroende på skärmförstoring.

    När man använder verktyget "färgmarkera text" gulmarkeras mer än det man markerat, oftast tecknet till höger också.
    Det ser jag som en bugg. Se bifogad pdf där paranteserna ser ut att vara markerade och avslutande punkt likaså, trots att jag inte makerat dem.
