  1. When opening previously created pdfs, getting the error message "Cannot find or create the font 'TimesNewRomanPSMT.' Some characters may not display or print correctly." Closing out of Adobe and re-opening brings back the hidden characters, but this should be fixed. Thanks!

  3. To put back Send in bulk documents with old features to be able to review them before send and edit due date. New exigence doesn't have these tool and CSV file now requires more information which make is hard to work with.

  4. Currently in Salesforce, users must use the 'Manage Agreements' tab to Cancel another user's Agreement (provided that advanced sharing is enabled for the Account). This is inconvenient as it requires users to navigate away from the Agreement page. Please provide functionality for users to also be able to utilise the 'Cancel' button on the Agreement page itself when cancelling other users' agreements, rather than having to navigate to the 'Manage Agreements' tab.

  5. I have turned Acrobat Auto Update off because I just ran into the third time where my PC ran out of memory and crashed because the Update process started while I was in the middle of working with several other applications, including Acrobat. I would be fine if the updater provided an indication that updates are available, and the ability to choose the update time, but I hate losing work because a program chooses to start an automatic update in the middle of other more important work.

  6. I have applied signatures and date fields to this over 7 times now and it cannot and will not send, sometimes it says its uplpoading forwever, some times it fails right away. I tried printing it and saving as a smaller file and its still wont do it.

  7. We are a design firm and site plans come in where the building orientation isn't in landscape or portrait mode since not all roads are in grid pattern. It's crazy that we pay thousands for Adobe and it can't do custom rotate. ADD CUSTOM ROTATE ANGLE TO ADOBE ACROBAT.

  8. The +/create button on the Ribbon at the top of the page needs to have toggle to return the old + icon. When dragging a PDF from one screen to another the box get's in the way off the ribbon when trying to double click and expanding to the screen. There is a pop up that makes it hard to click on the ribbon again. I used to be able to drag and double click straight away to expand the program to fit the screen. Just an annoying change that didn't really need to happen.

  9. Submitting a bug at ghostscript's request

    The pdf in attachment (page5_gs) fails to open in Acrobat DC.

    However, upon opening the pdf with Adobe Acrobat, I encountered an error message indicating that the document has an issue, and a significant portion of the page's content is missing. Interestingly, page 5 functions perfectly when I open source_document.pdf with Adobe Acrobat.

    It's important to note that this issue only occurs with Adobe software; page5.pdf opens correctly with Chrome-based browsers and Mozilla Firefox.

  10. have a feature to close 'all tools' , 'edit' , 'convert' , 'E-sign' on second click if it is already active.

    it is a hassle to open the pane by clicking one button and closing using another (the X button)

    this works in the right side buttons for comments , bookmarks and pages.

    When i zoom in even 1 level up, everything is white.

  13. When adding a comment that contains only a space character, the comment cannot be posted. This means that it is impossible to mark up changes that involve inserting a space, or replacing another character with a space in an 'import PDF comments' (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/indesign/using/import-pdf-comments.html) workflow in InDesign.

  14. We create drawings that we need our customers to sign off. Currently we have templates set up that we use to send out to our customers for them to sign and say that they are happy with our drawings and information on the drawing provided. What we would like to do it send a copy of the drawing ( PDF) at the same time as we are sending the template for signb off, IE create the template and also drag and drop the pdf document in to the template that the template refers to.

  15. I hate the new Adobe program. I cannot print my documents anymore that I save or download. i can no longer print a copy of my bank statement like i used to after balancing it on Quicken. I don’t know why or what you changed, but unless i pay more to Adobe, I am limited to how i use my new laptop. I cannot print tax documents unless i use my phone. It’s ridiculous! I hate the new program and i feel like a ******* to your program, continually having to pay more and more for basic use.

  16. This is in regard to the new look of Adobe Acrobat. I changed my view back to the older version. My suggestion is to leave the toolbar and include a popup tip that tells how to turn it off. I spent an hour trying to find the toolbar, how to turn it on. I tried customize, several different options. I tried using AI and it said there was no option to do that. Thank you for the opportunity to interact

    I am writing to request the addition of a "Text Area" field option within AdobeSign. AdobeSign currently offers various field types such as text fields, checkboxes, and signature fields, among others. There are scenarios where a more flexible text input option is necessary and the only way to accomplish a multi-line field is by stacking text fields on top of each other.

  18. I would like to find out if I can change the interface of the program back to how it was before this so-called-upgrade. This is like learning a new program and where to find/learn what the icons mean since they're so small and the images are difficult to decipher. How is this supposed to be an upgrade???? An upgrade is suppose to improve, not cause FRUSTRATION!!!!

  20. Brief description of the use case:
    starting from Adobe Document cloud in a SharePoint online environment I click on the "Desktop" button to open a PDF file in Adobe Reader.
    A selection window appears where i can start Acrobat Reader or download & install the app.
    The download button is highlighted in blue, and encourages me to be the better choice.

    Error indication:
    The application is already installed by 100% of users. Due to a lack of permission on the desktop, Acrobat Reader cannot be downloaded and installed again.
