  1. When printing an Excel workbook, if any of the tabs have "autofit" turned on, or a Shrink to Fit percentage, the output PDF has different size pages, rather than being shrunk to fit.

    For example, print a simple workbook tab with 90% scaling on 8.5x11 paper, and the PDF created measures 9.44x12.22 inches. It should be 8.5x11 inches.

    This causes strange behavior during continuous scrolling, as the user expects to see the same size page boundary (A4/Letter) and they are all different. Other non-Adobe PDF software does not do this.

  2. Export to excel is combining part of the data into a single column. In the attached file, line G on Table 2 is being combined.

  3. Acrobat DC 2020 (20.013.20064)
    MacOSX 10.14.16

    Exporting PDFs in Acrobat DC 2020 to Word (.docx or .doc) embedded raster images with (rastered) text (e.g. maps etc.) are blurry/with low resolution in the resulting Word document. This is especially the case if the export OCR option is clearly disabled. Other raster images (without text) are not affected. Embeeded raster images in the source PDF can be jpg or tif with "high" resolution like 300 or 600dpi and the result is allways the same bad quality for raster images with text (either source format of the embedded images), but as good as…

    1. Go to Help > Check for Updates. Please update to the latest version if not already done.
    2. When do you encounter this error? Can you share detailed steps?
    3. Does this happen with every PDF or specific PDF?

  5. I get repeated hard-reboot crashes when creating PDFs from relatively small simple Word documents. I follow the instructions, remove and re-add the plugin, still it can take 20 minutes to get a 9-page, no images or links Word document to PDF correctly. Please fix this.
    Windows 10, Acrobat Pro DC version 2020 (latest), Microsoft Word and Excel 2016.

  7. When attempting to export a pdf to a jpg, png, or tiff an error stating that the image is too wide to output occurs. This only happens with some files, but not all.

    We were able to convert the pdf using your online tool.

  8. Even in the latest public beta of MacOS 11, overall performance of Acrobat is sluggish. The app may take over a second to respond to a page scroll request via track pad and scrolling will be choppy.

    It seems InDesign hangs for you. It is not clear how Acrobat is involved in the process. Can you please explain the workflow?

  10. Tried converting several PDF files with the same format into Excel, two colums get incorrectly combined on all of them, this doesn't happen when using a different, free, online service.

  11. If I change the document to fit to one page, every time I push another bookmark in the document it is back to full page scrolling view. It takes forever to scroll through one page of document in this view for some reason. Please fix this feature.

    Thanks for Reaching out to us for your concerns.
    Looks like the Zoom settings of your bookmark are set to FitWidth.

    Requesting you to kindly change the Zoom properties of your bookmark to set it to FitPage or Inherit Zoom.

  12. While exporting data from PDF to Excel some pdf data is not getting exported in excel. I never experienced this issue in previous version

    As per Attachment Group id Mentioned in PDF is 711455, however Exported excel have group id as 71145. so it is missing last digit. I have 250 plus pages in pdf all pages have similar issue with group id.
    Old version never had this issue

    Can you please share the below information :

    1. Your OS details.
    2. Version of your Acrobat. Go to Help > About Acrobat.
    3. Can you try clicking on Next inside Fill and Sign app and check if you are able to create a link.
    4. Please try to sign out and then sign in again.

  16. In an earlier version of DC I could erase the wrong information in paint, save and close that page. Go back to the original document open a text box and enter the correct information. I try this with this new version and everything messes up. I was in a chat with one of your techs yesterday for almost 3 hours trying to do what I need to do in the 2020 version of Adobe DC. And it looks horrible, takes a lot of time and I hate it. Please Please Please fix this. I have been looking at peoples complaints…

  17. When creating a PDF from a .docx file from within Microsoft Word, when PDF/A compliance is set to "PDF/A-1a", text boxes will have borders in the PDF even when they do not have borders in the Word document itself. No other PDF/A compliance setting exhibits this bug.
