Getting jibberish when converting a web page to PDF
When converting a web page in Edge (usually an invoice from an on-line purchase to PDF), portions of the text are converted to total jibberish. Converting the same page using the built-in Microsoft PDF converter works correctly.

The new "Fill and Sign experience" being tested is a total fail. The Sign Yourself button is completely unresponsive and my saved signatures and initials are no longer available. The test has rendered Adobe Pro unusable for e-signing documents myself.

Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for QC, after completing Step 2 prior to sending
Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for quality control, after completing Step 2 of adding signature blocks prior to sending. Example: I built out the signature piece and wanted to SAVE it for Review with my client of where to sign BEFORE I sent it to client for signatures. I was unable to do either of these. As a result, I felt nervous sending the document out to client because I was forced to send it directly after my first pass of prepping for signatures. I tried to create a template and that was…

Fix DWG to PDF batch conversion
I am an electrical drafter and need to combine sometimes hundreds of AutoCAD (dwg) files into a pdf. The Acrobat XI version did this reliably and quickly. I used it for about 4 years mostly for that purpose. Now that it is no longer supported by Adobe I apparently am forced to "downgrade" to Acrobat 2017 for a perpetual license. (Somehow my "so-called perpetual" version of Acrobat XI suddenly stopped working on my work computers - more than one - suddenly - for some reason) 8( So...What is the definition of "perpetual" anyway?
I bought the 2017 version and it…1 voteHi
Acrobat 2017 does support AutoCad to PDF conversion.
Please refer this link for troubleshooting:https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/disable-popup-autocad-to-pdf.html
Let us know if that works for you.
Thanks

Bug Report: Latest version of Acrobat: Insufficient data.
I have a bug that has been replicated on two separate Mac computers, with the same results, which do not exist on PC.
To replicate the bug, start editing the pdf, use the Edit and the Fill and sign. Add a medium to large image and just use it for a while.
Eventually the program will crash with the error report "Insufficient data for image" or something to that effect. I will send the video, and this has been replicated on two different machine with two different accounts and I also use this on my Windows laptop and it's exclusive…

hello,
I would like to make PDF docs from excel docs that contain hyperlinks in which the hyperlinks are automatically maintained within the PDF instead of having to manually add then back in after making the PDF.
thank you, Jason1 voteHi
Please update your Office and Acrobat to latest version. We have given this feature in latest Acrobat DC where you can convert the excel sheet via Adobe cloud service. It will preserve all links.

Acrobat DC freezes MacOS 10.12.6
I cannot upgrade to a newer OS to see if this corrects my problem. Company IT controlled MacBook, licensed to use Creative Cloud. Acrobat DC is having issues opening simple low to medium resolution PDFs. Will just spin and not respond. Have to force quit and relaunch. I can't pinpoint the cause - happens if I have one file open or 10, happens if I add a comment or click on one, happens if I do nothing and just have a file open while working in other programs. I can't tell if it's because our company's system is Microsoft-based and…

Pro DC intermittent crash when scrolling, recognizing text, editing, etc
Acrobat Pro DC crashes intermittently at various points during my use of the program. I use it all day long at work, to review claim documents and invoices, and I have to run recognize text, highlight/edit things, and move throughout legal documents by scrolling or searching. It crashes when I try to do literally anything but not every single time. Whenever it crashes, it shows me the crash window twice (window comes up, I click close, it lags and closes the message box, then brings it back up-- every single time, I get the crash notice twice per crash, losing…

Mac: crashes occur when program language differs from OS language
For years I experienced crashes when saving documents that had backgrounds graphics added in Acrobat. The bug was triggered by the fact, that my os language was english and my Acrobat language preferences were set to German. (see https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/39351328-program-crashes-while-saving-after-background-has)
If you are experiences similar problems, make sure to set your program language to the same language as your OS.
It's a very nasty and confusing problem. I hope it will be fixed in the future.1 voteHi,

Program crashes while saving after background has been added
When sending bills or other letters as PDF I add our company logo in the background of the document via Acrobat. Everything works as expected until I save. Then the program crashes every time. The file however emerges complete and intact after I restart Acrobat.
MacOS 10.13.6
Acrobat PRO DC 2019.021.20061- Export PDF via Save Dialog from MS Word (ver. 16.16.17)
- Open PDF in Acrobat
- Add Background (PDF File with Vector Graphic)
- Save -> CRASH
I use the current version of Acrobat, but the issue has been persistent for years.

Acrobat extension 15.1.1.3 incompatible with chrome 78.0.3904.70
Acrobat extension 15.1.1.3 under Windows 10 is incompatible with chrome 78.0.3904.70. It causes the browser to be unable to work at all. It's not possible to fix any other way other than to downgrade Chrome. Even removing Acrobat has not effect. Somehow, the incompatible Acrobat extension leaves behind something that won't allow Chrome to work. Downgrading to earlier version of Chrome fixes this.

merge files binder
When creating a binder using the > Combine Files function, all batch imported files should be clearly checked by default, with the option to uncheck individual files.
Alternatively: When clicking > Combine, the user could be notified:
"It seems you have imported more files than are currently being combined. Is this right? (Tip: If you like to use all your imported files in this binder, please check all your imported files by doing X.) >Y/N1 voteHi
Can you please elaborate on your request?
Where exactly are you facing problems in current Combine workflow? Thanks

Problem with merged documents
When I merge several documents into a single PDF, recipients are telling me they are getting an error message that a file is corrupt. The merged documents consist of 3 MS Word documents, a single PowerPoint presentation, and 5 PDFs. We recently were upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Version 2019.012.20040. I didn't have this problem before. I've re-created the MS Word and PowerPoint documents and still no fix to the issue. Any suggestions?
1 voteHi
Please ensure that your Acrobat and Office are updated to latest version.
Can you view the combined PDF correctly or are you also getting an error message?
Please share the error message screenshot with us.Thanks

Drag MS Word documents into an existing PDF - no longer works
We used to be able to drag MS Word documents into existing PDFs (in the thumbnail view), and the Word document would automatically be PDFed and combined with the existing PDF. This no longer works, and is causing certain tasks to take much longer than they used to.

Can you share your Office and Acrobat version?
Also, share the exact steps you are doing and screenshot of the error that you are facing. Thanks
