  1. Acrobat keeps crashing - even using files downloaded from tutorial

    Using Windows 10 Pro

    app keeps crashing trying to insert or open excel files when creating pdf forms. Tried the Tutorial - Add and organize pages in a PDF using the sample files downloaded with the tutorial. Uninstalled and reinstalled app but still crashes

  3. Every since I made the payment for this product, I have issues!

    Since I had made payment for this product I am unable to save it to my documents and when I go to print off forms, I am unable to view the pages I need, it was not like this until I paid

  4. Better Program...

    Even the system for voting is screwed up! We are not all "computer geeks"! Your program sucks! I pay a small fortune for a program/service that is almost completely unusable. If I could find ANY way to replace it or work without it, I would be happy to pay and even bigger fortune for the satisfaction of putting you idiots out of business. As you can tell, I AM NOT HAPPY with this stupid, confusing, undependable, unreliable P.O.S. computer program.   5. Accessing Cloud documents in MAC Finder

    Please allow for access to cloud documents in MAC Finder. I'm befuddled as to why this isn't an option yet. This would greatly improve my workflow as I wouldn't have to go on the web for access....AND it seems like a very simple fix.

  6. exported xlxs file or doc file from pdf file is messed up

    please see attached pdf file and the converted file in MS excel and MS word. PC win10 user here.

  7. Adobe Acrobat DC keeps crashing

    I have an enterprise version of Adobe Acrobat DC through my University. After a recent Windows Update, every time I go to save a document, the program stalls and then crashes. I have also had intermittent freezing and crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no resolution.

  8. Please return to one-step emailing option

    I waste so much time going through your three-step process when I only want to email a document. Please return to the one-step capability and either shrink or allow hiding of the widely hated big blue SHARE button. It takes up so much space it prevents me from being able to see the tools I actually need to use. This is a daily annoyance.

  10. Please bring back page navigation in the ribbon.

    Show current page number in the ribbon or toolbar. Thumbnails are screen hogs and out of order at that. Navigation is difficult and time consuming. The old way was better.

  11. Moving Adobe Scans to iCloud, Dropbox, etc.

    Too many steps to move files. I have to open the Scan folder, open the scan, save it to its storage folder on iCloud or Dropbox and then go back and delete it from the Scan folder on Adobe Document Cloud.

    How about a mirrored folder window on Mac finder like Dropbox, Kiteworks, etc. ?

  12. file size

    Hello! I work in the wine industry and we often have to submit files that are under 500kb or 750kb for government records. I use the "reduce file size" option but it takes a lot of guesswork. It would be amazing if there was an option to make the PDF smaller than ____ kb/mb. I know so many in my industry would be grateful. Thank you!!

  13. Reverse order of selected pages

    There are times when you accidentally scan a stack of documents in reverse order, or when exporting a pdf from Photoshop it exports the layers in a way you didn't expect. Instead of limiting the user to drag and drop to re-order pages, there should also be an option to reverse order of selected pages. Thanks.

  15. Spark by Readdle

    I use SPARK as my mail application on my phone and home computer. Would it be possible to allow that program to send files from Acrobat?

  16. Saving a PDF when Acrobat is snapped/docked to one side on the desktop will undock/unsnap the window.

    Please fix this behaviour. The window should remain in the same position when saving the file.

  17. additional files need to be installed to creat PDF from this file

    when i want to form a ppt into pdf ,it says "additional files need to be installed to creat PDF from this file. You must have Administrator Privileges to install these files." but i already have administrator privileges.

  18. Increase Outlook Plug-in PDFMaker Maximum Message Limit

    I recieve the error when using the PDFMaker Plug-in to create a PDF in excess of 7,000 Outlook messages:

    "You have chosen to convert a very large number of email messages. Please try again with a folder or selection having fewer messages."

    I would like the limit to be raised to in excess of 10 or 15 thousand.
