The online version of Adobe Pro DC needs to have an edit function for existing PDFs. Especially ones that were created in the desktop version of Pro DC. You are unable to continue working on a PDF that you created on the desktop, but need to do an update or edit to that file away from your desktop/office.15 votes
Thank you for the feedback. I have forwarded your request to the engineering team. They will reach out to you if any more information is needed.
Save. 'Save as'. CMD + S. It doesn't matter how I attempt, I cannot save regular PDFs from inside Acrobat. I have to create an 'optimized PDF' in order to save any of my work inside of Acrobat. I have been loving the functionality of the new Acrobat, but now I can't even save. Very frustrating.15 votes
Delete a layer option is missing in a layers pannel. Would be very usefull feature for preparing PDFs for print with correct layer content. Possible workarounds (delete layer content + merge) are too complicated and not safe for prepress.15 votes

We’ve kept a note of this ask and we’ll prioritize it after discussing further.
1. Open a PDF document with Arabic content.
2. This PDF was generated from InDesign CC2017. Arabic fonts used is a good True Type and OpenType fonts. Macintosh 10.11.2 / Acrobat DC Build: 15.23.20056.213124
3. When exporting to MS Office format, we expect to have a decent conversion as we see with PDFs that has English content.
4. I opened resulted Word document in MS. Word on Windows, Text Edit on Mac, Apple Preview. The result varies, but generally Arabic text doesn't convert properly, most words scrambled and fragmented.15 votes
The process to make a PDF accessible is overly complicated and buggy. Usually while doing this, something will go wrong and the only way to fix it is to close the document, open it again, do the same process and hope it works. This process should be as simplistic as possible so everything can be accessible.14 votes
Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. We discussed about this particular issue and we do not have any plans to work on it in immediate future. However, we’ll have it in our radar and might revisit at an appropriate time in future.
When macs left unattended and Acrobat pro running the application increasing consumes CPU time and memory. Coming in the next morning my machine is extremely slow to respond. This is happening on two mac machines I use.. one Sierra 10.12.6 and one High sierra. Both machine regularly use MS office applications and Saffari and Chrome browsers. Both utilize Mcafee. Acrobat will not close unless being forced to do so.14 votes
I believe that in invidual plan there should be: Branding, Social authentication, Advanced forms, Leanguages and Advanced Workflows.
By my opinion it could save lots and time and problems for Adobe Sign's users. :)14 votes
We often need to split a document into a single file per page. We almost NEVER split a document by every two pages.
Having to edit this number each time is redundant. I would like the option to either edit the default "split by" setting (and additionally the output settings) or alternatively have the default be 1 page.14 votes
We have logged an issue for this. We will update you once this issue is prioritized and fixed by the Engineering team.

Drag and Drop has stopped working in Page thumbnail.
Cannot rearrange pages in page thumbnail.
Cannot drag pages from other pdf's that are also open.
***This is not resolved by the FIT view function.
***This is not resolved by the PDF/a option.

Thanks for reaching out to us for your concerns.
Can you please let me know the exact version number of Adobe Acrobat DC that your are working on ?
I Tried this at my end and Drag drop in Page Thumbnails panel in a pdf / across pdfs is working fine for me.
Also i would request you to kindly share with me a screen recording video of the steps that you are trying to do here ?
You can send me that at email@example.com
i would like to be able to change the font of an interactive text field of a pdf file that i made in adobe indesign.13 votes
Please confirm if it resolves your issue.
Fill & Sign checkmark colour. Please add functionality to change checkmark color. I review documents for compliance and like the checkmark feature, but it would be more useful if I could change the colour. I tried changing it through properties like I do for the highlight function, but it doesn't work.13 votes
Thanks for providing your feedback. We have shared your feedback to our engineering team and will let you know in case of any updates.
there needs to be a way to print all of the text in a text box without using auto font size. in auto font size the font shrinks as more text is added. this is not readable. all of the text should print even if it is more than is visible in the text box on the display.13 votes
It would be very helpful if Acrobat Pro were to have a format painter feature like Microsoft's. As it is, one has to go through all the form fields and change them manually one at a time after Auto doesn't deliver what is desired.13 votes
I produce this pdf file, so that at a later date i can change the date. I've selected the edit tool in adobe pro and when i start to type in the date i want, the text moves from the bottom of the page to half way up the page. (as you will see from the pdf file attached)
I am doing this on a windows 7 machine.
On the other pages i dont have a problem. The pages of pdf are set up the same way, so I'm unclear as to what the problem is with this page.13 votes
Where did the zoom tools go? They used to be visible in the main tool bar... I mean, I get there are other ways to zoom in and out of my pdf, but why remove such a common functionality? Please bring them back.12 votes
Thanks for Reaching out to us for your concerns.
We have not removed the zoom tools from the main toolbar and those are already there.
I assume you might have undocked the Toolbar so you may be getting a black floating window over the document area which would be having the zoom tools.
I would request you to kindly Dock it back to the Main toolbar by clicking the rightmost icon from that floating window.
Also, if this is not the case i would request you to kindly do a right click on your main toolbar and select “Reset Toolbar” from the context menu. (This way your main toolbar will get back to the default state which would anyways be having the Zoom tools.
Let me know if this fixes your concern
I have CC full suite and from the day I had to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I have been unable to print locally from any open PDF. I have tried multiple fixes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've updated the printer drivers and had my IT support look at it. And now that this program is embedded in everything, I can't event go back to Acrobat XI. If I'm lucky I can export the PDF as an image or word document and print from there, but if I'm looking at document that's large that is just simply not a valid workaround. In this day and age, this shouldn't even be an issue

Please provide the Acrobat / Reader version installed on your system. Also provide a sample PDF document on which you have observed this issue.
How would you like the feature to work? When selecting multiple pdf's to combine I'd like adobe to arrange them in order of selection (Based on which item was selected first). Nitro PDF does that.
Why is this feature important to you? It saves time when you extract pages from emails and you select each in an order you want them to be combined. Otherwise you end up dragging each selection to arrange while creating the binder.12 votes
Thanks for your valuable feedback. We have taken your feature request.
When using large files, like the attached one, Acrobat crashes when it reaches a memory usage of more than aprox. 3.500 MB in Windows Task Manager.
I could reproduce the issue, just by opening the page miniatures and a little scolling. It happens on different computers with 8 or 16GB RAM installed and with different Acrobat versions (DC Standard, DC Pro, XI Standard)
The reason for the memory usage are probably the pictures in these files.12 votes
Thanks for reporting the crash. We are able to reproduce it with your files. We will work on a fix soon. Will let you know once available.
We need to set PDFs to open in the browser, however, sometimes the user needs to edit these (such as using Fill & Sign). In this case, the user clicks Fill & Sign, and they are told to download the file and open it.
It would be far easier if the toolbar that's visible when a user opens a PDF in the browser has a simple button where they could open it in whatever app they had set as the default for PDFs (Acrobat Professional, or Reader). Perhaps a button called "Open in Acrobat"12 votes
Thanks for your valuable feedback. We have taken a note of it. Will keep you posted.
