Told "Access denied" at sign-in
Signing in Adobe Reader mobile (Android) with SSO with enterprise account. Tried many times in case I mistyped the password. Every time results in "Access denied"Pro screen (see attached image). Have cleared cache and data, restarted app, etc.
Odd that I have no trouble signing in with my free personal account, but denied access when signing in with a paid Pro account.3 votes -
Crash Report
Since yesterday reader keeps getting crashed for no apparent reason.
The current version #19.9 that is available on playstore was updated on 16th November 2019. After update it ran smooth for a week and since yesterday it is not allowing me to open any files whatsoever.
I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app but everything in vain.

I am trying to print by pdf size loke you can do on the computer. I only see the option to choose letter or legal. How do I brint documents that include both letter and legal size documents together.

Search engine
When i searchfor a word inside a file, it took a while. Some times the screen goes off after few seconds while the searching process is ongoing, so i tap/touch the screen to keep it running but adope cancels the search. I tried to stop to keep the search running but it always canceled. Even if i let the screen went off the search stops.

I am really desperate here i cant ope important docs in PDF on my android devices,the files are locked with an update message across them. I
My PDF'S are seemingly permanently locked with this annoying "UPDATE" message plastered across the documents,and no ability to override to view these importants documents,i have tried the updates and they are apparantly now installed but the files still wont open!!!! My device is Samsung Galaxy android. Can anybody help please????

I’m working at French Post Company La POSTE and we have a problem with your application adobe acrobat reader on Play Store Google :
Your application have been registered in our EMM as public : on French Metropole we have no problem, the application is available and assign all devices
But in Overseas Departement (Guyane, Martinique Guadeloupe, Reunion), the applications seem to be not available in the public google play store.
In French Metropol, Google Play Store is configured with Google Play Store on country France, but in overseas the play store service is other.Your application is published for…

Change settings in an easy way
When starting to use adobe reader on my new smartphone i have to fill in options i don 't know the consequences of. When denieing these options no pdf file opens, only a message that i miss the right options. But i don 't have the possibilty to change my settings. This makes adobe reader useless - i suppose you want me using your app? So give me the opportunity to change my settings afterwards as well.
