7. Someone is using my email to act as me to order forms for important information that i need to send in myself but they are getting them befo

   I have someone using my email to order forms that are very important to me and they have been sending them somewhere else or just blocking me until they get them to send in to the place and people that tell me for i have money coming and goggle has asked my to change my email and pass words and have done both but before I get to use my new password it has already been changed please help as I said Google has helped but still happening
