For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Why does everything need to be done online slow **** experience

    Why can I not do all this on my computer? I have to upload files to combine the download to my computer the upload to the Web Service Report. This is a rubbish product

  6. Acrobat Organize pages - error loading pdf

    Is adobe online acrobat down? It is 'unable to display recent files' and Organize Pages feature not working with error message "Unable to edit ... This file may be password protected, encrypted, corrupt or a PDF form." Pls see attached image. Thanks.
    Has been like this since 31Jul 2023 Monday.

  15. I need the assistant urgently

    It always slow and just stuck on loading I have to keep refreshing and save halfway so I wont lose the things I am doing. Time consuming meant to be time efficient.

  18. Compress, combine etc features are not available

    I am not able to combine pdf files and compress feature also not available. What is the use of providing acrobat services when these features are not provided. Planning to end the subscription

  20. not able to use Adobe online fully even thought it is part of my plan

    I have the After Effects plan, and it says I have access to Acrobat web version.. yet I cannot even combine PDF files online.. what the heck? is it included or not.
