Failure of 'free trial'
The program offered free combining of several PDFs into a single document (merging). The output was absolutely terrible, with random bookmarks created all over the place, and documents re-sequenced out of order. Basic Functions Neglected for New Technology
There are too many background processes running and significantly slowing down Acrobat, which is all we use. All other programs on the computer work fine and quickly. It has been frustrating for us not to be able to find a plan that only runs Acrobat and edit, organize, and sign PDFs. All of the other software obstructs our processes and takes away from basic PDF functions. We appreciated previous versions of Acrobat, but it is very difficult to use for everyday tasks now. Adding signature template to several documents at the time with the same recipients
It is quite frankly ridicules that you cannot cancel an agreement once it is in prefill.
I find this amateurish.
Second why cant i say i want to make 8 different documents with the same recipients. Then prefill afterwards.

Cannot Combine Files: Files will not upload in drag & drop.
As of today, my combine files is not working. I use it every day for work.
When I click and drag a file over in "Combine Files," it will not open. The download spinner just keeps spinning.

conbining protected files
why cant Adobe advise on protected files as they are uploaded into a combine file system.
I put time into getting the files loaded - 150 pages at times - to find that some files are protected and not able to be combined.

PDF/X options missing for high quality printing
I have spent days of my life trying to combine multiple photographic jpgs into 1 PDF for high quality printing. It appears to be impossible because even your help page does not match reality. Adobe Help Forum has not been able to solve this mystery accurately in years, including the Condescending Know-it-alls.
This is what I see when I click "All Tools" as instructed. Nowhere does it mention "Print Production" "Preflight" "PDF Standards" "Libraries" or "Profiles". Those tabs don't exist anywhere within Acrobat Pro that I can find.

Pdf portfolio should be a choice. NOT a have to.
I am not happy with this new feature, pdf portfolio, which merges my documents or makes me keep them in a portfolio. I need for them to all be part of a reimbursement request and the forms which may have zeros need to show that they had zeros for the month.
