5. Online conversion creates LOSSY images

   Online conversion quality is horrible! Using JPG algorithms to convert PNG line art to PDF is like making a chocolate cake out of mud.

   Too much lossy quality around the edges of letters lines and borders.

6. Not User Friendly for a Beginner

   This is not user friendly. The software operation is a bit confusing. I am a beginner to adobe and I expected it to work similarly to Microsoft word how ever I will continue to figure it out.

8. App crashed randomely as it does monthly - missed HW deadline. Thanks Adobe!

   Thanks. Just missed my deadline because y'alls app just did its random monthly desktop crash out if no where (needs so MANY IMPROVEMENTS, not worth this rip off of price) Cant wait to get out of this subsciption. Wow Adobe.
