6. poor file conversion

   please review this file and tell me why you are combining 48 line items into one cell.
   
   this is a common problem and defeats the whole purpose of automatic conversion. I now have to input 48 lines (about half of the worksheet) manually.

7. PDF Export not working

19. Subscription does not work even once. Must upgrade to some other service...who knows if that even works. Waste of time and money!

    Awful service...just spent an age trying to get my Export PDF subscription working and was told that my subscription does cover export to JPEG...only to word. Supposedly I need to upgrade to some other service

    Export subscription explicity says:
    Export to Word
    Export to Excel
    Export PowerPoint
    Export to JPEG, TIFF, PNG

    How do I get my subscription to work?

20. SW Failure

    I exported an adobe doc to a Word DOCx. Word cannot open the file. This is not a great help folks.
