  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Hi there,

    Ever since the update, the comb fields no longer work. This is becoming very problematic. For some reason they appear when I edit the template (top picture of attachment), but as soon as the template is being prepared for sending, they disappear (bottom picture of attachment). Please fix!!!!

  3. I want to share same documents to multiple users but there is no option to write name while sending bulk documents. How can we organize documents using an email address. There should be area to add names as well while sending bulk documents.

    1. On Home > E-Sign
    2. Click E-Sign (on top menu)
    3. Click on Send in Bulk
    4. Select or Drag and drop multiple files
    5. Under "Add Recipients" section
    6. Type email and click enter
    7. Repeat step 6 until all recipients are added
    8. Proceed to prepare document

  5. Hello,

    Often when I go to sign something I get an error saying I need to reload the document and then when I do, all of the data is gone from not saving. This happens to me on 60% or more of the documents I sign and it's becoming quite frustrating.

  7. You have RUINED my perfectly working templates!

    I had perfectly designed templates working exactly the way I needed them to, but your "New and Improved" system is super buggy and doesn't recognize who is assigned to what field and creates garbled text on the forms.

  8. There really should be an option to sort by 'status' It is difficult to find unsigned agreements. I would love to see a filter also. Please see attached picture for details.

  9. Not sure what the update did to all of my save templates, some of them are turning up blank even though I wrote stuff in it. Now the commas are turning into periods and it looks crazy. Please fix this weird new update!

  10. This new adobe online version is terrible!!!! Doesn't work. Laggy. Awful! It was fine before. If it doesn't improve/revert. We are moving to docusign.

  12. The search tab needs to be revised because I input what I need to search, down to the exact file name and a million other documents appear first before the one I need. Also not sure why they took down the "apply to other pages" for the signature tab because now I have to manually add it to my 20-page contracts which is a hassle and annoying. This interface needs to improve drastically.

    Also, if you right click the field you want to apply to other pages, you will se a menu with options like in the image attached where the fourth option is Repeat field on all pages

  14. Its way to hard to log in with texts and numbers and other verifications. Took me 15 minutes. Only to find Im on trial. Im not on trial I pay my fees and this happens every time. Its the worst software I have used.
    Then I cant fill out my document on time.

    1. One recurring issue we've faced is the placement of signatories' signatures. Unfortunately, signatures often appear on a new page instead of the designated place within the document. This has led to signatories having to re-sign documents multiple times, which can be both frustrating and time-consuming.

    In our documents, it is essential for us to include the "date of agreement" as a required column. However, we've encountered instances where the date doesn't display at all. This inconsistency affects the accuracy and completeness of our records.
