4. Let me DELETE a file

   Let me DELETE a file, I had no idea I was giving you a copy of a file with personal information and now you offer no option to delete it. This was a signed agreement for payroll, I would never have used your software if I realized it was uploading to your cloud and I can't delete it. I'll never use your software for anything like this again.

7. Client how to videos

   We have certain clients that have constant problems when going through the signing process. Why not have a link to a video that goes with the original email and allows the client to click to view instructions and walks through the signing experience?

10. Do not like the new website

    The new website and format are extremely hard to use. The previous version walked the user through the process of fill and sign with next and complete buttons. This version does not and to be honest is difficult to navigate. I would like to see the site reverted back to the way it was. The red and black color scheme is nice.

11. your e-sign is busted

    The e-sign tool online doesn't render a PDF in either Edge or Chrome. Can zoom all the way out (-) and the document eventually renders, otherwise it doesn't render at all

12. Downloading a signed document

    HOW the Fck do I download MY agreement from your Fcking system?

    Your **** security system truly makes working with the platform terrible. I waste more time trying to use your system than any other program or website that I use.

    IT'S MY DOCUMENT NOT YOURS. STOP PROTECTING ME FROM MYOOWN DOCUMENTS ESPECIALLY WHEN I NEED THEM FOR CONTINUATION OF MY BUSINESS.

    THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

    Have a user that works with your system once or twice a month test your access systems. Then you will understand that it is more complex than necessary. I bet you have a department that TESTS your changes and updates but they are internal and are a proficient at working with the application as the engineers and coders are at changing it. WRONG idea. Then end user should be the one to test changes not someone from the inside.

    This is frustrating. I have the doc all filled out, but there are certain locations, that after the doc (which appears normal) is shared or printed that some of the fields revert to what you see in the attached.

14. Fehler in der Programmierung

    zu den E-Signaturen, die man per Mobilgerät unterschreiben kann, indem man seine Handynummer angibt: Man erhält von Euch eine Sms, entweder über eine Mobilfunknummer oder über eine Mailadresse. Die SMS, die von der Mailadresse gesendet werden, sind aber immer fehlerhaft/ der Link funktioniert nicht, weil ein Punkt hinter dem "m" bei "m.eu" fehlt. Screenshot anbei, damit Ihr vielleicht versteht, was ich meine. Take it or leave it.

18. Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App to Cloud Sync corrupts filled form

    Forms filled on the Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App are botched when uploaded to the adobe cloud. Alignment, font szie all messed up.

    Hours spent creating a template that can be editted in future is rendered into an illegible mess.

19. "Upgrade" is not an upgrade!

    The "upgrade" is terrible!! I use the fill & sign feature regularly and to say that you have made it so much worse is an understatement. I used to be able to click where I was going to type and then use the arrow keys to get it exactly where I needed it. I could also tab between the places I was going to enter data, but that doesn't work anymore either. AND in multiple instances I would type a character and the text box would disappear so I would have to click on it for EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER!! A project that should've taken me 10 minutes took over 30 thanks to these "upgrades". I will once again be exploring my options for a PDF editor.

20. Searching for a name

    What would be really good is if I could search by a particular word/name through the signature request documents - I find myself searching by eye for an agreement between x and x, would be great if there was a way to just search for it
