a good product is now rubbish
I need to be able to see how to save my resulting DCX document back to my computer or to another location otherwise it is useless to me. Not sure what I am now paying for. I have no interest in Adobe cloud storage The PDF converter used to be a good product when I could access it from Adobe Acrobat. Expensive as I rarely use it but invaluable

Dates not sorted by YEAR
OMG, you HAVE to do something about the dates. I am seeing document from October 2018 appearing in my RECENT documents. Please get the YEAR included in the date so that recent means recent, not the same day from years ago.

Better interface
Make it easier to use. This interface is lousy. The iPad log-in experience was terrible. You can do better. Make it usable.

Adobe put me on a 7 day free trial, but I already have a subscription!
Please tell me how this happened and how I can correct it. Waited on Chat last night for 30 minutes + hung up.

Not able to view status
I am not able to view status on the right side of the screen for any of the authorizations i have sent out. I am also not able to remind the person to sign the authorization. Can you HELP.

Download and Installation of DC Pro: Failure
I am unable to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on the desktop. After the program is downloaded, it fails to open and install. I have all trouble shooting methods mentioned on your help page. Kindly suggest.
I liked the DC Pro and am thinking of taking annual subscription. However, if i am unable to install it on Desktop, i'll cancel immediately.2 votes -

I had Adobe 2019 PDF suite & it was great what happened?
I hope that this program is better than all of these reviews. If it is as bad as all these reviews I will discontinue the service after the trial.

Unable to open developer account
I am unable to create an Adobe Sign developer account.
Every time I sign in, I get taken to this page

New Home Screen Format Very Bad
The new home screen is terrible! Put it back the way it was. It was just getting better - with the reminders option popping up right after sending the form - and now you have to dig through layers of menu to get to even send a form out to sign. This is dumb. You're going backwards!

Enhance Scans in Document Cloud Web UI
Consider adding the "Enhance Scans" option to the Document Cloud web UI in order for users to create scans while on-the-go and do not have access to either Acrobat Pro DC or the Adobe Scan mobile app.
