Hallo Ich habe ien Problem mit der Online Version.
Ich bekomme folgenden Fehler.

PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK
WHAT THE *, I SENT IT FOR SIGNATURE, I GET THE EMAIL CLICK THE LINK AND IT OPENS MY ADMIN PORTAL AND NO WAY TO SIGN THE * THING. SO FRUSTRATED I HAVE TO DO THIS YET AGAIN!

Server error - and you're closed?!?!?
I'm really ****** off at you. You took my money, and now that I'm trying to send a document for signature, I'm getting a server error and your support chat is closed. What an absolutely terrible first impression.

Send for signature not working
I’m logged in, hit “get app”, under “sign” for the ability to share a doc. For a Clint to sign... nothing happens. This is after already having a version of that app on my phone, installed and having to sign in twice.

sort documents by signing status
It would be nice if we could sort documents that we've sent for signature by status - i.e. which are complete and which are still out for signature.

Sorry you’re having trouble using the product. You do have entitlements for Request Signatures but there was an issue with processing your recent entitlement changes. It’s fixed now and you should be able to request signatures. Please let us know if you still encounter issues.

Not happy with the trial
I've tried to send a contract 3 times, its failed and I got an error message.
I'm now trying to figure out if any of them actually got sent to the client. How do I find that out?
The contract is still showing as draft - does that mean it hasn't been sent out?

bad updates/changes
the update to the document cloud is really bad and takes the product back 10 years. Please reinstate the old format and stop messing around with the product so many people rely on

Sign app doesn’t work on Iphone
The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro
This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.
The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

Received technical support last week...unfortunately all three of the adobe e-sign documents that went out could not be processed by client.

List of signed agreements
Hi! Hope you're well.
I am currently in the "Manage agreements" section, trying to export a CSV of all of the completed agreements (signed agreements). I do not want to download the PDF, I simply want the list of people who have signed my agreement.
Is there anyway to do this? It would be incredibly helpful.

Terrible Support Experience
Adobe can improve my experience by training your staff better. I was transferred to 6 different people and my issue still wasn't resolved. Agents 1-3 offered no help. The 4th person told me that he found my school's subscripton and would transfer me to someone to help me. The 5th person joined the chat just to say he was transferring me to someone else. The 6th person said my account and my school's account was free and there was nothing he could do. I know this is not the case because our technology coordinator wouldn't be able to assign us…
