Better edit / cancel options after initiating agreement
Sometimes I need to change who the recipient is (I know the original recipient can change it but I can't always depend on them to do it - sometimes they just ignore the document and reminders), or realize I need to edit a template or something after I've initiated an agreement. But your system doesn't allow me to edit anything after I've clicked to use the agreement. I can't even cancel it at that point, all I can do is hide it. It would be much more helpful if I could cancel the agreement in the prep state even before…
1 voteHi Rachel,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand how important flexibility is when managing agreements.
Currently, here are the available options:
- Change recipients on an in-progress agreement: Go to Documents > Agreements > In Progress, select the agreement, and in the bottom part of the right-hand panel you can update the recipients.
- Cancel an in-progress agreement: From the same location (In Progress), select the agreement and click Cancel in the right-hand panel.
- Delete a draft: Go to Documents > Agreements > Drafts, select the draft, and click the trash bin icon in the right-hand panel.
- Delete a completed agreement: Go to Documents > Agreements > Completed, select the agreement, then under Actions > See More, choose Delete.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

"binder" default title is horrible
Your new request signatures format (changed maybe a year or more ago) is garbage. The way it was was better. There is no good reason for the default agreement title to be "binder". Before your horrible update, the default title was the name of the first document, and it was on the same page as the documents upload and organization. The default "binder" title is stupid, and I've had to cancel professional agreements out of sheer embarrassment because the title was "binder". You made an update, and you made things worse. This must get fixed, this is a terrible bug.…

Template Renaming is Easily Missed Now
Before the upgrade, we used to be able to edit the name of the file in an area that was visible where we also input emails. Now it's tucked away at the top and easy to forget to edit the template name. This makes things harder to track as we send out multiple templates that end up having the same name. It would be nice to have a final step where you can see what the recipient will see in the email, so we can make adjustments before sending.

Document signature delay (pre meeting preparation)
It would be great to be able to prepare a document for signature so that during an online meeting while discussing the document we can simply push it out to be completed...
if you have mulitiple documents, applications etc, they could be completed very quickly as opposed to sending them after the meeting and waiting for the clients to complete them.0 votesHello Daniel,

Individual notifications for bulk-sends
Could you provide an option to be notified every time someone signs an agreement that was sent as a bulk-send? At the moment you only receive a notification when the first and the last one is signed. Thank you!
1 voteHello Sabella,
Thank you for your suggestion. We understand how helpful it would be to receive notifications for each signature in a bulk send. We will review your request and take it into consideration as we work on improving the notification experience for all users. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Improve Bulk Send Error Messaging
UI spins indefinitely after bulk send. Network shows POST /api/rest/v6/megaSigns → 429 THROTTLINGTOOMANY_REQUESTS with body { "retryAfter": 76918, "message": "…try again in 22 hours." }. Region na4. Please surface this message to users and disable the send button until the window resets. (Include timestamp, account email, and the Request/Trace-ID from response headers if present.)

Adobe Errors Request Signature
Not able to request signature, keep getting an error that states file has been unshared or deleted while I am trying to upload
1 voteHello Nick,
We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with request signature. We are currently reviewing the issue. Meanwhile, is it possible that the document that failed to opened was shared with you by another user? If it was, there's the chance of the original user restricting access to the document, thus not letting you us it.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Problems with updates to Request e-signatures
Here is a list of complaints I have about the changes for sending docs for signature:
My templates lost some integrity during the transition.
When I select templates to add to a document, they aren’t the ones that load
It’s more difficult to arrange file order when adding many files and they don’t stay in that order, meaning you have to delete the file and start over. There’s no easy way to cancel a document if you discover an error at the pre-fill step.
It’s more difficult to add myself as signer for templates. I have to type my address…

Adobe Sign cannot handle 22 signatories and confuses fields allocated to signatories
When I try and load a document for signature by 22 signatories in Adobe Sign, it creates issues where it confuses signatories and fields; even though I've checked these twice. I'm not on the enterprise edition and for that reason I can't modify fields whilst the document is circulating for signature. It would be helpful if this functionality did not only extend to the enterprise function as the rest of us need to use this modification functionality too.

UNSTABLE !!
Why does this always crash when setting up documents for e-sign! It is so unstable, I spend too much time setting up a doc for signature and then a stupid message pops up saying sorry something went wrong - not good enough, such a waste of time!

I think there is a bug in the system because me and multiple other people on my team have been unable to upload documents and request e-signatures. It will let us get in a little bit and then it will glitch.

Adobe eSign version inconsistencies
I’ve been using the Adobe app to send out e-signatures, but the version keeps changing. About once a month, I get logged out, and each time it reverts to a different version. At the moment, it’s gone back to the older version, and I wasn’t able to update the recipient's name when sending the documents. I’ve tried looking for a solution online but haven’t had any luck—it’s been really frustrating.
1 voteHello Nathan,
Thank you for letting us know about the difficulties you’ve been experiencing. We’re sorry to hear about the repeated logouts and version changes—it sounds frustrating. We are reviewing this case, but in the meantime, could you let us know if this issue is still happening for you with the most recent version? Your feedback is very valuable, and we want to make sure we can track and address it as we continue working on improvements.

Prompt to change document name
It would be really helpful if Adobe would prompt me to change the name of documents I'm sending for signature if they're based on templates. I usually don't remember to do this and only think of it when I see Adobe's notification that "binder" has been sent for signature. I've got a bunch of documents named binder in my list now and it's hard to tell what they are without opening each one.
1 voteHello Rachel,
Thank you for sharing this thoughtful suggestion with us. We understand how important it is to keep documents clearly organized, and we’ll work on reviewing your request carefully. We’ll do as much as possible to include improvements like this in future updates so the signing process feels smoother and easier to manage. Templates Broken/Placement of Send Button/Edit Document Name
This new update is not good. I miss being able to toggle back to the old view.
Our templates do not behave as they should, and throw in extra fields, the disable and enable when they pick an option does not work.
Where you can rename the document before you send it is hard to notice, wish that was more visible.
The placement of the Send button underneath where you edit the field is terrible; that's a natural place to put a Save on your edits, so we've sent so many mid-edit.
1 voteHello KHI,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that updates can sometimes feel disruptive, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that each update is designed with the goal of improving stability, performance, and overall user experience.
