For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The new e sign is not working properly. Whether I have a prefilled form or fill it out in the cloud file, when I click on e signature, the program is inserting text fields in my form and overwriting the data I have typed in. I have sent test forms for signatures and the forms are blank.

  2. Functionality for E-Sign features have seemed to disappear. Half the time I get forced into legacy view, honestly I would prefer to have the option to switch.

    Adobe Acrobat's web interface is very buggy. Most of the time I cannot open or edit files without follow a very specific flow. For example, If I click on a Bulk send agreement draft in Recents and choose to edit it, it freezes. I have to go through the E-sign menu or create an all new bulk send most of the time.

  3. Our business uses Adobe predominately for the e-signing feature. When we first purchased the service it was relatively easy to use, smooth and no major issues. In the past two months Adobe has updated the entire e-signing product at least four times, meaning buttons are changed around for no reason, it takes re-learning the service every time.

    It used to be almost instant to send to our clients, it now takes upwards of ten minutes. It's slow and clunky. Constantly freezing and restarting. It takes sometimes up to an hour to update, meaning we cannot use the service in that…

    We are sorry you are having trouble with this new update. Could you provide more information about this issue? For example, the features that are missing from the old version and you need, what exactly is not working for you and the steps you do to trigger the issue. Any information that you deem important will be helpful to us.

    You can also go back to the old version by following this steps:

    1. Click on your profile 
    2. Select Settings
    3. In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
    4. Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast 

    This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

  6. you have removed the "add multiple documents" when sending for signature feature, please revert this back, as your combine files is not efficient enough. i fail to see how this being removed is agreeable to your customer base! please add it back in

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with the new update. For adding multiple files for signature request we do support multi selection. You can try selecting  from the beginning more than one document when prompt to pick a file, this can be done by uploading them directly from your computer or using the previously used files in Acrobat.

    Adobe Acrobat Pro kullanıyorum. Mac bilgisayarımda, Pro yazılımında, nitelikli elektronik imzamı adapte edip kullanamıyorum. Bu işlem için, Adobe Reader'ın eski bir sürümünü yüklemem gerekiyor, sürüm güncellemesi yapıldığı anda da imzalama işlemi yapılamıyor.

  9. Hello! I am unable to add signature box when using the "request e-signatures" feature. I am a deadline to submit a contract and now will be delayed getting it to a client. I have had this repeated issue with your software. Please, please invest in getting this fixed.

  15. The new Adobe Sign "request for signatures" is not a good fit for me.

    I like to add "cc" field that doesn't require another signature - that way our admin can track our sales/leads/proposals we send out.

    Is there a way to revert to the previous verion? I've been trying for an hour to get out a proposal and can't make it work. This is very important to resolve ASAP.

  16. I’m using the mobile version of acrobat sign. However it doesn’t work- and hasn’t been an app tye actually functions in 3 years. Is seriously no one product testing your apps? This is at least the 3rd feedback note I have left about this not working. Why do I pay so much money each year to not be able to access what is advertised?

    Within the app- when I try to send a document out for signature- I get the attached head screen- trying to take me to the app. But the buttons do not function.

For example if in acrobat the agreements shows in In progress section, if you as sender are receiving a confirmation email that the agreement was send, also if there is any error that appears after you send for signature will be really helpful if you can share it with us.

  19. When a document is sent to an invalid email there is no indication on the In Progress screen that the email bounced, or failed. There needs to be either an email sent to advise that the event failed, or there needs to be an on-screen indication that an event failed, or preferably both.

  20. Een handtekening aanvragen op een document (in mijn geval Technisch prototype...GG-2023-51 duurt als sinds vrijdag langer dan 15min. (langer heb ik niet gewacht).
