You really should be able to give more information when viewing the columns of "recent" and such documents you sent for signature. For instance a column showing WHO you sent it to for signature is helpful because then I don't have to click on 7 files to find the right one since they are the same file sent to different people.

Acrobat Pro(デスクトップ アプリ)で、「電子サインを依頼」機能を利用する際に、不具合が生じています。
具体的には、以下の操作の際に、高い確率でエラーが生じ、操作を受け付けなくなる、というものです。
・「この文書に電子サインする受信者を追加」のコメント欄や件名に、日本語で入力
・契約書のテキストフィールドに、日本語で入力一度操作を受け付けなくなると、デスクトップ アプリを再起動するまで、不具合が続きます。
英語での入力や、テキストエディタからのコピー&ペーストでは、このエラーは生じません。また、ブラウザ上での電子サイン操作であれば、日本語入力も問題なく行えます。
契約書の送信時に、非常に大きな問題となっており、早急の解決を望んでおります。

. Most signers never read the message because the "Review and Sign" is above the message.

Let me spell security
I was hopeful that the password function for "Request e-signatures" would actually work this year. The password option is front and center so I thought Adobe finally got the security message. It didn't.
Here's what I am looking for: I want my customers to be required to enter a password before they can access and sign the document.
Requiring a password to see the finished, signed form is too little security, too late.1 vote -
E-signature freezing
When I attempt to complete an e-signature on the desktop app or through my documents on my hard drive, it freezes and I am unable to complete. Is there a fix for this?

Are you trying to complete e-signature on Acrobat desktop app? Are you trying to sign your own documents or documents sent by someone else? Does it happen to all documents or just some particular ones?
Could you please share more details (and test documents if possible) so we can investigate?

a glitch with right-to-left signatures
Hi, I noticed that when a customer chooses to sign his name in Hebrew- the signature showen the opposite way- from left to right instead of right to left like it should be in Hebrew

Account info can't be changed
How do I remove Lee & Associates from my account? Your emails to clients state "Certificate of Completion between Lee & Associates NCSD and Lynn Otto is Signed and Filed!". I haven't been with Lee & Associates since 2012.

Quit sending so much spam!
Because Adobe sends so many spam emails (including to your customers), most spam filters and firewalls block your emails. We use this software to send agreements to customers to get e-signed. If you can't fix your problem of not spamming people, we'll have to go back to docusign or find another service.

signing in constantly
Why do I constantly have to sign in again and again? it is so annoying? It seems like every time I try to read a pdf it asks me to sign in all over again!

no way to remove date/time stamp from signatures now
What happened to being able to remove the date/time stamp to the signatures? Previously, it was easy to turn it off/on under settings. You need to reinstall that feature. There is no clear way to turn off the date/time stamp now.

Slow response for Signors approvers
Receiver of E-sign request is experience errors ("Network Error") and perceived slowness in switching to Management screen after signing documents and loading documents.
I understand there may be issues with Firewall and other security applications in place that could limit throughput, but Esign is an important service for enterprises and would hope some promotion to white-list appropriate websites providing this service would be communicated.1 voteHi,

Missed Opportunity of convenience
Discovered on the acrobat.adobe.com/link/home page I can drag and drop files onto the desired tool to begin the process (Request e-signature.)
After the request is completed though, it seems like a missed opportunity that the similar frame on the confirmation page does not have that functionality.1 vote -
Web Application Navigation
Back to Documents/Agreements list.
After selecting a document to review, the document is displayed, but there is no in page navigation to get back to the document list.
When working in the webapplication, the ideal is that the application provides all the control and navigation as in many webapps, using the browser's Back command confounds the links, search criteria or other issues.

Complete in Order/Any Order default
There should be a default setting for this.
Depending on the organization or task, a user will find a preference. Having to change from the default on each submission is a waste of time.1 vote
