For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. It would be great to see if the signee has read or opened the envelope. This information is crucial in getting documents signed or better yet, to at least provide sender info that it didn't just go anywhere. Please create this feature as the other competitor is already doing this.

  2. I am using Adobe Sign for drawings. I would like the reviewers to be able to redline the drawing if they don't approve, or sign if they do.

  3. Your Adobe Sign product is a mess. Any time there is a change of license, access is lost to the previous documents on the account. The only way to expect any reliability is to never make any changes, including any possible upgrades.

  4. My document template won't load. I tried to open a few times and it keeps on loading. I already tried log out and login and even restarting my computer.

  5. When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

  7. Although I appreciate that it is an option, the signing process pretty much sucks. Could you maybe try harder to make it even more user unfriendly??
    Examples:
    Being able to change the message that accompanies the request as you are specifying where to sign...
    Integration with Outlook address book?

    Hi Jimmy,

    You should be able to change the message accompanies the signature request before it’s sent out. There is a Back button in the right hand panel where you are specifying where to sign, which will take you back to the previous screen where you can change the message.

  8. Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

  9. We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

    Il semble que le nombre de documents que nous pouvons signer soit limité à 150/an.
    Mais on ne trouve nulle part de décompte ou d'avertissement pour savoir à quel point nous nous approchons de cette limite.
    S'il vous plaît, affichez un décompte en haut de page, à hauteur du menu.

  11. The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro

    This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.

    The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

  12. Hi! Hope you're well.

    I am currently in the "Manage agreements" section, trying to export a CSV of all of the completed agreements (signed agreements). I do not want to download the PDF, I simply want the list of people who have signed my agreement.

    Is there anyway to do this? It would be incredibly helpful.

  13. Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

  14. You can get it to work. Your support team where on my PC for 2 hours today. and they said the online version works and it doesn't. I still can not send anything out for signature to clients. I have had enough.

  16. I want ONE Page where I can manage my signature process. On that page, I can add documents (even if a pop-up window needs to be used for data entry) and manage the entire document process. Your current navigation is absolutely the worst imaginable. Go to one page (or app) to upload a document for signature, another one to check it's status, a third to sign, it's insane. You guys have FUBAR'd EchoSign completely. Whoever manages the DC product line needs to be fired. Today.

  17. I don't know why the e-sign feature has suddenly changed but it's absolutely terrible. I used to be able to see a neat list of every contract that went out for signature and they would be categorized by whether or not they had been signed yet with the recipient's email address listed for easy identification. Now it just shows that a a list of contracts was sent out, which they all look the same with the same name and must be individually opened in order to see who the recipient is. This change has actually caused a lot of frustration.…

  18. After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

  19. Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.
