This entire program is difficult to use. Especially difficult when trying to send an email to someone.

Sharing that doesn't share.
I cannot believe the unreliability of your Adobe Cloud sharing program. I have researched this issue which you are aware of and that I am paying for with my subscription yet I am unable to consistently access. Absolutely nothing short of unacceptable issue. It is not my internet as all else is functioning. Nor is it my computer as all other programs working. Just utterly sad service.

Adobe Acrobat
Quite often, when creating a link to a PDF, does the link not work. This has been an issue for for a year now. The link displays an error message that "the files have been removed or you don't have access. Contact the owner to request access.

Revisie PDF online werkt niet

Can't share folders?!
It doesn't seem possible to share folders, only individual files?! Very surprised by that. Seems quite basic functionality and it very restrictive.

Share feature is even worse now!
I still can't believe Adobe messed up a good thing and am displeased with the fact that they don't care enough about customer feedback enough the re-implement useful features that have been taken away. I'm talking about features that were there for years!

Horrible non-user friendly product
Please deploy software that works. I am in my 3rd night of trying to get a boy scout to stop using your cloud service to complete the Adobe fillable file, he cannot save or access it, he opened an account, and then you denied him access to his file. Now he sends me a link that wont open with an error message to download the latest version. I am using a 2 week old computer, its up to date.

Sharing Error
I am trying the adobe document cloud sharing. And whenever I click the share button, an error message in red appear. "Share: unexpected error". "Sharing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Please let me know how to resolve this.

Lost Ability to Share Multiple Files
If I can't drag and drop, and then share, multiple files at once, this service becomes worthless to me. What's happened?

Bring back the ability to share Multiple FIles!
PLEASE PLEASE... reenable the ability to share multiple files on Document cloud via a browser... It worked so well!

Lost functionality!
When I use “Send & Track”, now known as “Shared for Viewing”, to share more than one image with a client I am no longer able to tell exactly which images they view and download the way I was with the old interface. Please give back the old interface!

I'm calling BS!
I'm calling BS! My "For Viewing" files were suddenly deleted. I contacted support via chat and the agent told me file over 45 days are automatically deleted. First, this is a paid account and nothing should be deleted unless I delete it, and secondly there are files more than 45 days old. I never had this problem before the change to the interface!

Shared for viewing concerns
I use this service mainly for photo distribution. The new design does not allow for all of the thumbnails to be seen on a grid at the same time. You must click on a very small photo to get a better view and then cannot advance to the next one. I'd like to see options on configuring the viewing page for the delivered photos. Going to the next photo or document without having to back up to the previous page would be great. Thanx
