Bad usability of Document Cloud
Overall IA, navigation, and usability of Document Cloud is frustatingly complex. When ever I sign a PDF that was attached to an email. The PDF opens in my Acrobat Pro DC app on my windows computer. I can sign it great. But then I always spend the next 15 minutes trying to figure out how to download the signed file so I can store in my own file system.
Additionally there is no "delete" function in the Document Cloud.
Grrrr!!!!!

Request Easier File Folder Management
Your website Doc Cloud Files are difficult to Navigate. It is hard to Rename the files. Some are for Viewing only, others for Sharing, Review, Signature. Let me put ALL my Scanned files in ONE folder, from there, I should Open them, "Save As" Rename them, and that is it.

Update completely buggered my workflow
Since the update, Document Cloud is completely broken. It no longer supports any of the PDFs that I normally use (and worked before the update), nor does it function in Chrome now. This is severely interfering with my workflow pipeline. PLEASE FIX.

Saving error
Experiencing major issues with documents being saved. It will say the document is saving the continue to buffer and never save the document.

Unintuitive and Unresponsive AI Assistant
Hi, I was compiling a document on the Adobe webapp and wanted to encrypt it. But I could not find a button to do so from the editing screen (I know we can go back to home then to edit and encrypt from there). But I thought it'd be more convenient to be able to do so from the editing screen too. So I asked the 'AI Assistant' how to encrypt the document. The loading circle spun for >12 minutes without any output. It's not very intelligent. Or intuitive. If it had a connection problem or didn't understand the question…

Bulk Agreement copies download
Adobe Sign is a great product but not allowing Customers to be able to bulk download copies of their agreements for back up? Only opening every file and downloading each one individually is a huge waste of customer time and your help desk's time since no doubt everyone assumes there must be a way to do it.

Saving Files
Alike offline file editing, if saving files have the option of overriding existing copies, instead of creating a new version with every single highlight or conflicting copy is really annoying. Please allow a save feature in the online version of Adobe as well to override or save on top of the existing file.

aplikacja jest niemozliwa do korzystania!!! od pierwszego dnia korzystania zacina sie podczas edytowania pdf siedze ponad 2 h. jedna z najgorszych aplikacji z jakich korzystalam. od poczatku dzialal tak samo!nie da sie zniej korzystac!
