Violation of Privacy - cannot delete agreement
you have an agreement on file for me and I cannot delete it - it does not show in my list under my privacy section.
the fact that I have to go to privacy to delete my own agreement is already obtuse. when I view the agreement the signer is associated with email@example.com, but this email address does not find the agreement.
you are violating my privacy rights by not providing a method for me to delete this file.1 vote

Do not automatically unselect pdfs
Adobe scan ipad and acrobat online. Please when selecting multiple pdf items do not unselect them once an action has been carried out. i.e. I select multiple items to download and then want to delete them from Adobe cloud, but having downloaded they become automatically unselected and so I have to trawl through them all again to select and delete, which is unwieldy, frustrating (loading times) and prone to mistakes. It does not show the answers when I'm on chrome in a regular browser, but it does show if I go to an incognito browser. I turned off all of my extensions thinking that would potentially cause this, and it still didn't show after refreshing. Download file limit sucks - not even imaginative
Not being able to download a directory due to number of files is painfull. Could you at least download the names and sha256sums for the files so I could at least consolidate two similar directories?1 vote
unfair collection of fees
Hello, I don't understand why I have to pay early termination fees. I don't want to continue the plan this year. Before the deadline you write that it is not possible, the day after the deadline again with a fee.
I do not agree with the deduction of the fee, I needed the product for work for 3 months, then I paid for the rest of the year unnecessarily.
If you charge me for a plan that I tried to quit half a year ago - I will inform the lawyer and the public about your unfair charging1 vote
External Archive features need to be better
It seems odd that there is no external archiving feature for Google Drive or Teams. These are the two largest product suites for this type of application. I Do not want to purchase, yet another, subsciption. Please connect these two services. I am tired of individually downloading documents.1 vote

PDF to Word converter not working. Website problem, not file
Convert PDF to Word is not working. It worked once yesterday, then I have been trying again since, and nothing happens. When I click on the option for PDF to Word, either from the top option bar, or from below, the page dims and I see at the bottom a notification for "Waiting for Adobe". The text disappears quickly and the page remains dim and unchanged. Nothing changes or pops up. I tried refreshing, I tried again holding the Ctrl key to see if a window was being blocked. I turned off adblockers, but no progress.1 vote

adding/removing pages on web from/ removing approver
It would be nice if I could duplicate a webform with the same fields so I can adjust the approver
Another suggestion is add pages or removing pages into an active webform, every application changes almost monthly meaning we get addition pages or pages taken out so it would be nice to just remove instead of redo it all over again from scratch1 vote

your adobe account access app is the worse. i just wasted an one hour of my time trying to login. its one big circle like a dog chasing his tail. i pay 15.00 per month and as you can see i do not use your app very often. when i do use is it,,,, i want to be able to login. your 2 verification app or system?? does not work properly when using various devices. you need take a lesson from Bank of America, cuz their 2 step authorization works perfectly. cancel my subscription. i will use office and google instead. PDF Crashes while working on it
I'm really tired of my PDF's crashing, freezing or getting otherwise goofy while I am trying to use them. It happens ALL.THE.TIME. Up until the last update it worked fine. All of a sudden working in PDF's is a freaking nightmare. So now I have to start over, because when I close this it is going to delete half the work I did. SO FRUSTRATING!!!1 vote
