Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Very bad experience with the entire trail process on money taken from my account first 15.17 then 60 charge is ridiculous.
    Speaking to robots are so strenuous. I will never subscribe to Adobe there must be others organisations in the UK

  5. It is so very frustrating working with Adobe Products. It would be a good idea to hire someone from Apple, Google or Facebook who is qualified to make the user experience easier. The recent switch to "profiles" has made the experience of working with Lightroom an impossible to bear experience because of the requirement to switch between profiles and then the difficulty in switching. Now, I am finding it difficult to add Lightroom to my business account so I don't have to switch. Very difficult... very frustrating. The Acrobat App is also a pain to work with and could use…

  6. Please allow us to edit text and images in AGREEMENT TEMPLATES. There is no way to currently do that, at least that I can see.

    Anytime we want to change a simple thing in our agreements, we have to start from SCRATCH and that's super inconvenient if all we need to do is change some formatting or image alignment.

  7. I am unable to access an acrobat pro dc license that has been paid for and assigned. I have spent a long time - twice - with your chat support team. Such an awful experience, they were unhelpful and asked me to download files when they did not know what was in them. The installation still did not work. I'm still waiting for a callback from support to get this working... I'm blown away at how terrible Adobe's service has been so far. An absolute waste of time. Would love some actual help -- 845-300-6133.

  14. To proceed with the selective transfer of lotus Notes emails with attachment to outlook in the latest versions, I would ask you to download the SysInspire NSF to PST converter. I suggest SysInspire tool to transfer Lotus Notes emails because this is a three-step process which means scan, preview and then transfer the Lotus mails to Outlook. This tool even does not bother about the windows version because all versions are acceptable here. All the email properties will be easily transferred.   16. Hallo Adobe, leider kann ich mit eurem Geschäftsmodell nichts anfangen. Sinnstiftend wäre für mich und für viele weitere Anwender auch, wieder einzelne Programme kaufen zu können. Ein Monats-Abo für ein Produkt (Bsp. Acrobat Pro17,84 €/Monat) abzuschließen, welches ich vielleicht 3x im Jahr benötige, finde ich ziemlich teuer.

  17. I love your products but they are just too **** expensive! We are in a time where some of us Americans are literally starving to death. SMH. Now all the documents I have saved cannot be accessed without my payment? That is wrong, very wrong. I should have been told that when I first signed up. No one had any idea things would get this bad as far as our economy and you guys the rich just keep getting richer off of us dummies. SMH
