stop pop ups
Please stop the auto pop ups, they keep locking the app and I cannot study for law school

Default presets
Allow default setting to be adjusted:
which view (e.g. page display, scrolling), share preferences, printing preferences, edit pdf font. If you can pre-set what you prefer then you don't have to make those changes each and every time you open/use a document.1 vote -
Disconnected multiple times
have people that are willing to help, I was disconnected on 4 times, had to keep starting a new conversation and restart the process and at the end nothing was resolved and was just told to talk to my admin and then disconnected before I could ask a follow up question. Very unprofessional staff who lack work knowledge on how to address the issue I had or use their own resources to get someone knowledgeable to help me.

Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

PDF to Word sucks. Shame on you.
I don't understand how the maker of PDF can create such amazingly awful conversions of PDF to Word. Stunningly bad. Horrible. Worthless. You should be ashamed.

totally **** support. can't access my files so at the moment I'm screwed and 0 support after paying for this product. why why why
miserable support and it really is very frustrating. I've attempted to contact support several times who say we don't chat about this product when i say what am i to do its not working. look into community support well what the **** i've done that for 3 flipping days since you don't have support on weekends so now once again the transfer stopped the support chat. WTF!!! totally sucks.

Access app does not work
Your access app stinks. I can't sign in to it. I get the code over email, and then it switches to LastPass to pull my password, then it clears out whatever it was doing and I'm not logged in. Fix it.

Feature request for all Web Apps
Make all of these programs run from the browser! You should be able to fully edit and work with PDFs with progressive web apps and not require to download an app.

I want to open and edit on the desk top not in the cloud
I don't want to work in the cloud. I want documents to open locally to mt computer. I much prefer the old functionality. This takes way longer to navigate and edit documents. Please give me a choice and don't force me to work in the cloud

File menu doesn't appear so no option to manipulate files in any way
The file menu doesn't appear, I see only a wheel spinning animation after click and I have no way to manipulate with files in any way. Reloading the page doesn't do anything.

Adobe has gone from one of my most trusted apps (when I could download to my computer) to THE MOST FRUSTRATING piece of technology I am forced to deal with in my business operations.
