Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe Send & Trackから、Document Cloudに統合されたような形かと思われますが、一点改善をお願いしたい内容がございます。

    ・アップロードファイルの送信状況が、バーの進行で表示されてわかりやすかったのが、今は送信中の円がくるくる回っているだけで、どれくらいで送信完了するかが全くわかりません。アップロードに時間もかかるので、どれくらいで送信が完了するかの確認ができないと、業務使用上、とても生産性が悪くなります。是非とも今まであった表示を復活させてください。

  2. New format is terrible. I like the Dashboard view. Do not like the new document view, hard to view by category (yes, I saw filter, I am speaking about that). Also, I can no longer sign from a delegated email address as I had on all previous documents for the last few years. That last bit is the most important part. I do not see how our company can continue with this product if I can no longer access links sent to an email address I am delegated to receive.

  4. Overdonderend! Nieuwe functies verkennen: alle tekst staat door elkaar.
    Al jaren zoek ik achter PDF "vertalen". Tot op heden heb ik het nog altijd niet gevonden.

  6. I purchased Acrobat after having added several text boxes with all my work intending to convert to another file format. After the purchase, all text boxes added prior to the purchase disappeared, resulting in hours of work lost. is there a way to recover this?

  7. Once i open any PDF file on my mashine, the PDF ask me for the below,

    this page require a secure connection which include server authentication.

  8. You used to withdraw money from my account whenever you wanted, for example, in April, you withdrew money twice in a month from my card once on the 14th and once on the 22nd. Even twice a month and higher than the plan. Without sending me an email. I think one of your employees is stealing from customers' accounts. And instead of pursuing this manner, you penalize the person who is forced to close her account early to avoid this theft. your behaviour is not professional at all.

  9. I was unable to complete the installation of my upgrade to Acrobat Pro. After spending over an hour with tech support on chat, including allowing them to take over my screen, I gave up and would like a refund of my purchase, $29.99 plus tax.

  14. Why is your website displaying my account in Italian?
    I am an English Speaker and I have ALL my adobe products set to English.
    This is unacceptable. Please fix it or I will start using other products. I come across too many instances of things not working properly with your products, or not continuing to work correctly. I really don't think I'll bother next time

  16. I just found out I was paying 30 a month for the photoshop program that I haven't used since a school class. I thought I had cancelled it at the end of class but it didn't. Is there any chance I can get refunded for that time, please?

  18. Hi. I have been subscribed to pro C for months and regardless of what I do the APP will not work on my desktop - just keeps asking me to to buy/activate despite being signed in and having already paid a small fortune to use the service.. I have uninstalled/reinstalled.. singed in and out. logged on and off - it JUST DOES NOT WORK! Any ideas? I am getting rather sick of paying for someting that doesn't function correctly..
